Yes. And both my dad and step dad did this to my mom. Looked his mistress there. My dad moved to Texas and my step dad moved to southern Cali. They must excel in other areas.

What are you looking to use this device for?

You need to consider the following things:

- think of the tasks you plan on doing with it
- what websites do you visit? Are they heavy Flash and Java sites?
- where will you use it?
- what will you use to carry it around if you leave the house with it?
- Is a 9.7 inch screen big enough, or do you need/want a 13", 15", or 17" screen?
- What is your budget?
- Do you already have an iPhone?
- If so, what apps do you use and are they available in the iPad native format?

Those are the few I can think of off the top of my head.

BTW, I have an original iPad and love it. I use it for almost everything and love the portability of it.

You can never be too big. 12 inches is best! It depends on what I'm doing. - What is your budget? I don't necessarliy have one. But over $500 is a bit mcuh.

No. I have a Samsung Vibrant- If so, what apps do you use and are they available in the iPad native format?

Those are the few I can think of off the top of my head.

BTW, I have an original iPad and love it. I use it for almost everything and love the portability of it.

Well, I can use me phone as a 3G connection. It's just hard for me to justify the amount I pay for what I get. Which is why I'm currently stick to plasma instead of led.

Maybe the new Galaxy Tab 10.1. Such an enormous improvment. But I've yet to own an Apple product yet...

I think more or less app selection is the main key. Also, I want to develop apps, and don't think Android is viable money maker.
