That’s pretty much it. There are a couple of rather well known publications that claimed CES is dead, nothing to show etc. Pretty sure they were just not invited by multitudes of off-site showcases and demo rooms. I had to sadly turn down invitations as I just don’t have enough time to go to every single invite (both off site or at meeting rooms of LVCC). One web outlet even talk about Monoprice THX lineup as if it is a new thing. It’s been announced and showcased since January at CES, where were you guys?

Or just click on the sun/moon at the topmost part of the screen, over on the right...

You know Penton, with a HDR DARK mode now I predict that by year's end we'll see a rise of Blu-ray sales on Amazon. ...Even with everyone going stream.
Why? Not only because it's more relax for the eyes, it's much prettier but also because with more time spent on the site there's no better ways to spend more money on Blu-ray discs before they become extinct.

I think ...

Anyway it's a nice welcoming touch ...

longtime readers may recall Daryn as being one of the true DP pioneers in HDR –

And shout out to Daryn (the DP for Howard’s pioneering HDR case study ‘Emma’ the movie),
whose work has led us to HDR movie content becoming more and more commonplace, e.g. –
