Note to SoCal locals, although it’s way past the opportunity to take advantage of this past heads-up - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...e#post15693898 which resulted in this fine pic by Scott…

Nevertheless, two-wheeled riders have got < 3 hrs. left to register for the exclusive hidden route which traverses, at least on the ground, some of the same nearby flyover territory…http://ridethepoint.org/event-info/route/

It’s a great ride for a great cause, so not to dilly-dally, especially for those at nearby Rancho Bernardo - https://foursquare.com/v/sony-electr...b1721ef4f25f46

My wife still thinks it looks like this -

and to this day, I still do yard work and take out the trash, no matter how many papers I've signed....for which I'm solely accountable for their contents.

That chart doesn't look accurate. Toshiba does Dolby Vision.

I miss Toshiba. I thought they made some good TV's back in the day.

Maybe a Spinal Tap fan made that chart so, you know, you could dial it up to 11, or 12.

For you camera geeks reading, people are rating the Venice at EI 400 with a latitude in the highlights of 4 stops and 2.5 in the shadows which is ~ 6.5 stops beyond the dynamic range of the charts.

continues to go out of his way to never direct link to information posted on Blu-ray.com related to HDR, WCG, HFR or the increased spatial resolution aspect of 4K/UHD, despite the fact that, for example with higher spatial resolution, we’ve been around a lot longer than he has, for example, with this 8˝ million+ viewership thread having debuted in Dec. 2011 - https://forum.blu-ray.com/forumdisplay.php?f=203
which includes not only press announcements and blogger opinion articles, but also exclusive cutting edge (at the time of posting) Insider information.

You've never used Excel then? One of its many many known irritations. If you set a graph's scale to "auto" (and therefore are lazy), Excel ALWAYS adjusts the space so that there's extra values after the biggest value in your data.

I have made plenty of graphs and charts. Guess, I did not know how the use it properly . I would not have had a job very long if I produced graphs with the accuracy that one.
