I had some trouble with that one also, but finally got one from Amazon about 3 weeks ago. It was about $17 when scream had it on sale for $14.

The only slip I haven't been able to find so far is The Fog.

And does anyone know the logistics of placing (I'm assuming) 12.5mm covers into 11mm cases? I was strongly consider switching over my Scream collection to these cases to better show off the arwork.
funny thing is my Prince of Darkness showed up in a Vortex case which I think are the 11 mm ones. I changed it to a Viva for consistency with my other scream releases.

I think it should work fine. I didn't think it looked terrible in a vortex case, but I wanted it to match the other scream titles.

I don't think Scream changed to Vortex cases. I have no idea why that one title showed up in one. It appeared to be factory sealed too and I bought it from Amazon directly and not a 3rd party seller.

I wonder if they re-pressed some of these titles?

I know my They Live did not come in a Vortex. It's on my shelf in the original case which is a Viva.

Would also explain, maybe, how some people are starting to get these with slips again.

Hi All

I'm from UK and need some help sourcing the following scream titles:

They Live
Prince of Darkness
Dolls
Dark man
The Fog
Pumpkin head
Motel Hell
Prison
The Island

Anyone know if they are shipped with slips and where's the best place to order?

Many thanks 👍

I was digging through some DVDs at a local pawn shop and this one popped out at me, but the disc was scratched all to hell so I didn't bite. Anyone seen it? If it's a good one maybe Shout could pick it up from MGM? Certainly looked interesting enough.

What would you trade for an unbent, unused one?

Speaking about slip covers... Is this for real? The Fog with slip sold for $157 on ebay. Don't they all come with a slip?

IT'S AMAZING.

Amazingly awful. Don't trust that cover art that makes it look like Witchcraft VVI, though, it's barely a horror flick. It's a hilarious piece of 80s cheese where the satanists are played for comic relief, the biggest set piece involves someone fighting a chainsaw with a shotgun, and the corny, groaner of an ending should be legendary amongst aficionados of bad movies. I'd buy it day one. Go back and buy that disc, boil it on the stove to take out the scratches & enjoy.

The lead, Derek Rydall, made three of my favorite cheesy "horror" flicks (Phantom of the Mall: Eric's Revenge, Popcorn, and this). Now he's some self-help guru. Talk about a downgrade.

I read all 400+ pages of Stephen King's new novel, Revival, during my work holiday today, and I think that it's the best novel of his in over 15 years or so. I'll go so far as to say that it's one of his masterpieces, and it's a fun return to his bleak horror themes about the mysteries of death.
I've heard nothing but great things about Revival. I recently started reading Mr. Mercedes and plan to start Revival after I finish that.

I watched "Phantom of the Mall" again the other day and its still amazingly badly brilliant. Its like a soap opera slasher where the phantom instead of going directly for the people responsible for his state decides to spend half his time knockin off poor minimum wages blokes who have done nothing wrong, inbetween learning kung fu that is. Is that one with mill creek? I'd love it in HD with extras.

In the '90s I had sort of lost faith in "modern" King work, and avoided anything that came after Needful Things. This year I read 11/22/63 and loved it though, so I'd definitely be (re)interested in checking out some of his newer stuff

Currently going through Danse Macabre, which has added a number of titles into my blu-ray upgrade wishlist.

I just bought it from the recent Scream Factory sale and it came with a slip at a fraction of that price .
