I watched CLASS OF 1984 last night.

Enjoyed the movie but I remain perplexed as to why Jim Caviezel is on the cover.

That wording seems ever so slightly open-ended. There's probably nothing to read into here, but that doesn't read like a typical Scream Factory shoot-down.
I read it as *we cant get it, we wish we could*

Looks like they have a free shipping promo going on their site, it pops up. I'm having trouble getting it to send to my email.

If I was to pre-order titles with different release dates, would they all arrive at once when the last release occurs, or do they get shipped individually?

Doubtful, but Im happy with their releases. It seems their QA needs some work due to some posts Ive read on FB. But my belief is Universal upped the ante

Yeah, shout would probably just use the same transfer as the old bluray and then port over the extras from the DVD but with horrible juddery picture introduced. Someone needs to actually re-do it. :PP

Sounds like a solid release!

I've never owned this before, so looking forward to seeing this for the first time.

Dog Soldiers sounds awesome, I'm so happy it's getting a new scan. The original release is unbelievably bad.

Default sleepaway camp 2

Hey if I order sleepaway camp 2 and 3 from shoutfactory.com it says I will get it shipped two weeks early, does that mean two weeks from when I order it or two weeks from when it's nationally released... has anyone ordered any movies from shout early, how long did it take to get it? Just wondering if it's worth it to order it from shout.. thanks

It is 2 weeks from the street date. They usually arrive earlier. They ship as soon as they receive them in their warehouse. It takes me about 2-3 days to get my movies from them. ALso if you order from them you do get the posters.

They do a pre-authorization charge and take the funds out for a few days to make sure you have them then when the item ships they charge you. If you pay with paypal it's an instant payment.

Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead and Ejecta are coming from Shout on August 4 and 18, respectively.

I don't know about the latter, but the former will definitely be released as a Scream Factory release.

Nice!! I really had a blast with Wyrmwood.

Fair warning: Do not watch the trailer. It gives away EVERYTHING. I wanted a mate of mine to watch this and was going to send him the trailer but after watching it realized it spoiled a ton of stuff.
