Sorry (and to everyone else reading this) but we do not have any announcements planned for this Friday the 13th. Originally we did but we are still waiting on a particular deal to close before we can.

I'd love to see it come to blu-ray! Preferably from Mill Creek so we can get it cheap and have it still look decent -especially considering a Collector's Edition would be useless since the lead cast members (Zellweger and McConaughey) wouldn't be caught dead talking about it.
I'd be in for that too, I still have the old Canadian dvd. I believe that's the only way to get the extended edition.

No, the Japanese LD was the extended cut as well.

Default MST3K Kickstarter

Joel Hodgson opened a Kickstarter today for a new MST3K series, and since I found out by getting an email from Shout! Factory, it might as well get linked here:

It's with Lionsgate and therefore will never happen. Plenty of us would like it, but it's not even worth talking about Lionsgate titles as they are untouchable for Scream Factory.

I didn't even know there was an extended version of TCM:NG. I have the Sony flipper disc and I thought that was the only cut of the movie. Learn something new everyday....and forget about 10 others.

Aside from one scene in the beginning that should have stayed in, the differences are pretty inconsequential.

Love the movie, though. It's my favorite in the franchise, absolutely hilarious stuff.

I just did a little research on the extended version and it looks like the Lionsgate Canadian DVD is the one to get. And guess what my friends.....I just so happened to have seen that Lionsgate Canadian DVD a couple days ago in one of my local used media stores. I picked it up and looked at it because it has a different cover than my DVD and just assumed Lionsgate had the rights at one time. Looks like tomorrow I'm going shopping! Thanks for the heads up about the extended cut!

Just noticed on the OP that the cover art for Bloodsucking Bastards is missing.

No matter how many times I see it, I can just never get into it it's all the way at the bottom for me in the series along with TCM: the beginning & TCM 3.

Nice -a US release of Midnight Run..a perfect Shout release. A lot of stuff leaked apparently since they havent announced any of those other than VP III.
Interesting, thanks Bruce

The 1987 No Way Out? Cool! But why through Scream Factory? It's not a horror movie

NO WAY OUT and MIDNIGHT RUN are on the main Shout label, not the Scream sub-branding.
