Looks like we're back to MGM fare after the excitement of a possible Warner deal, though we might have to be patient on that front. Maybe they'll continue May announcements into the new week? They might just beat Amazon if they're lucky.

Caged Fury looks like such a bad movie in an awesome way.

I'll add it to my order next time I visit Scream Factory.

1990 feels kind of late for sleazy women-in-prison film - is it any good? Definite blind buy regardless

hmmm, I'm not sure if "sleazy woman-in-prison films" and "is it any good" actually go together. Kind of an oxymoron....

they obviously cater to a certain audience however

My thoughts exactly. I might need to make a woman in prison order to pick up all of these from Scream Factory.

You should check out 1993's Chained Heat 2, thats pretty sleazy.

Ahhhh... I knew that something felt “off” about this release, because I was thinking of the 1983 original version of the film.

I'm not a huge fan of women in prison films, but I do really like "Chained Heat" with Linda Blair. It's amazing that one still hasn't made it to bluray.

Sorry but I couldnt find the dedicated thread for this. I was wondering whether to swap the big German LE of Army of Darkness for the Scream Factory one (to save space) but hear there are some problems with discs in the Scream set (few secs of footage missing?) Have they been fixed now?

The fixed discs went out pretty quickly after it was released. It’s been long enough that it’s pretty unlikely you’ll get a set with the the uncorrected discs.
