Carnosaur? Could this be released at some point? With the sequels?

We can only hope. I haven't seen it since my 3rd grade birthday party back in... 1994?

Unless it was a co-production or otherwise made under a partnership where there's more than one party claiming ownership, I don't see why not.

I really hope they release all four Critters films otherwise I'll have to figure out how to keep the two remaining DVD's from the four pack . Come on if you can do a It's Alive box you can surely do a Critters one.

A tv show is in the works so I'm fairly confident we'll see the films released by either Warner or Scream Factory when the show get's a bit closer to airing. My guess is that if Scream Factory has it we'll know about it by the end of Summer.

Also not quite sure if I've seen this. It looks and sounds familiar. And "in the vein of Rosemary's Baby" is always a selling point for me.

Yep. I'm going with Scream. Not sure about 3 and 4, but 1 and 2 are coming. FACT.

I'm really hoping Hard to Die is in the works. Long lost classic from Jim Wynorski. One of those movies that shouldn't work, but all the elements come together and give it a special magic.

Hard to Die and Sorority House Massacre 2 are no brainers. For me it's not a matter of "if"... but "when" will we finally be able to purchase both these films.

Just saw an unboxing video for the It’s Alive Trilogy. Looks like SF cheaped out with the packaging and the outer box is that crappy flimsy material like the Amityville set. Pretty disappointing..

The type of packaging used for The Amityville Horror Trilogy and the It's Alive Trilogy is all good in my world.

I'm just glad that we didn't get some cardboard foldout travesty, like the U.S. releases of the Jurassic Park Collection and the Back to the Future Trilogy.

Is anyone bold enough to put together a list of all the possible Corman titles we may see on Blu-ray because of this latest acquisition?

What do you expect for $30 and change ?

You're getting 3 films for $10 each

I'm just happy to finally have these in HD

Mom (1991) could use a blu-ray since it never had one.

To each his or her own. The number one way to show a film respect in my eyes is to provide the best possible master for picture/audio, restoration, and encoding. I can understand the logic that giving each movie it's own case with original poster art/newly commissioned art gives its own focus and time to shine. For me, I am running out of space to place my movies and have had to double them up on the shelves (i.e. one movie release sits in front of another on the shelf. For my use, the release will sit on my shelf and I won't really notice if it's in 3 individual cases or one case. The viewing experience is something I will think back on more, and if its free of errors and has looks better than any previous release (and especially if it's restored from obscurity or looks better than it did in theaters), then I feel the film has been shown the most respect.

Regardless if I get a release with a slipcover or box, I feel like Vinegar Syndrome has become the gold standard for how I would want movies treated on physical media.

I would love if this franchise could get a similar treatment as Lionsgate did for "Leprechaun" or Scream Factory did for "Amityville." However, I could totally see parts 1 and 2 getting collectors editions and possible a double feature for 3/4 a la "Species"...

So the great Brainscan gives us another Sony title. I wonder if we'll get a Warner title for August? I'm still expecting a CE, maybe they're saving that announcement for last. Exciting times, who knows what they're going to announce with the Sony, Warner, and Corman deals, not to mention the possibility of further MGM and Universal titles, as well as the odd independent deal.

Man, I can't believe it. One of my TOP wants on Blu-ray. Not a CE, apparently, but it's looking like none of the Sony titles will be CEs.
