Creepshow has audio issues, so in that sense for me it can't be considered best bluray release of the year.

Has Scream mentioned anything about fixing and issuing a replacement disc for that?

March's announcements should begin this week. Maybe they'll get The Craft out the way first and move on to the 'new' stuff. I'm anxious to see if any StudioCanal titles will be among them, since Scream seem to most likely candidate for the 'horror' deal now.

Dawn of the Discs, a usually reliable FB Blu-ray news/reviewer, posted that he had the information from a reliable source. Funnily enough, Jeff from SF posted in the actual thread and said that his source was "misinformed." But we all know how the SF guys will deny everything.

So far, these are the horror(ish) titles the KL Insider has confirmed to be with SC in North America:

Queen of Spades
Peeping Tom

Homebodies
The Manitou
Zoltan: Hound of Dracula
Murder by Decree
Parasite
Vice Squad
Superstition
Link
Deep-Star Six

The Horror of Frankenstein
Scars of Dracula
Blood from the Mummy's Tomb
Dr Jekyll and Sister Hyde
Lust for a Vampire
Demons of the Mind
Straight on Till Morning
Fear in the Night
To the Devil... A Daughter

He believes they've lost the NA rights to the following:

Twisted Nerve
Fright
I, Monster
Fear No Evil
The Johnsons

I think we still need clarification on at least these:

Circus of Horrors
Dr Crippen
Picture Mommy Dead
Theatre of Death
AKA Blood Fiend
The Man Who Haunted Himself
Road Games
Slayground
Paperhouse
Food of the Gods II
Bloodmoon

Anyone know any other horror/genre titles that might be with SC?
Great research, @BarnDoor, as always.

Nope they didn’t do the 5.1 track. It was provided to them by WB, the same issue is on the Second Sight Bluray as well.

None of the the current Terminator BDs have the original mono track or all the special features from earlier DVDs. A new release with the original mono alone would be worth an upgrade, no matter who puts it out.

The original audio is fine & that's what will matter to most.

Sorry, I'm not clear on this. If the films on your list are with Studiocanal in North America, does this mean that they're not candidates for Kino to license? I'm trying to get a fix on whether or not any of these titles could end up with Kino or if we need to beg Lionsgate for them. LG may choose to renew their partnership, or, I'm hoping, not to renew it so that other labels can have a crack at this stuff. Thanks

An audio “issue” not issues, which to me is still a matter of opinion, still a great release as far as special features & the picture quality. To me the “audio issue” is a preference issue & makes sense as to why Shout won’t do a replacement for it, especially if they didn’t do it themselves as someone has mentioned.

Are you suggesting that there are people who prefer their audio to be in an incorrect higher pitch?

If you're a SF fanboy you do.

I prefer movies be shown upside down, hopefully Shout can accommodate my preferences too.

The SF haters are going to ignore the fact that Shout didn’t screw up the 5.1, it was provided to them. It’s what they do.

LOL so with a few exceptions, literally nothing but retreads of films that already have great Blu-ray releases.

Expect a fruit basket in the mail from Shout, you're exactly who they cater to.

I have a large collection of Scream titles, but even I don't want them getting Braindead / Dead Alive. That should go to Arrow, and only Arrow.
