I'm waiting to see if they got the uncut version of Valentine, otherwise it's a pass. I'm good with the DVD.
The fact that they didn't mention it when the movie was announced gives me a bad feeling.

I grabbed Trick r' Treat the other day and, I know this has been mentioned before but.....the inner ring of my disc literally looks like someone took a knife to it.....not just a scratch or two, the thing is completely mauled. It seems to play fine so, I dnt even know if I want to bother them for a replacement since they seem to have soooo many other issues atm.

Utter scumbags if they fail to ship them before the street date...and no, don't throw that "muh replication issues" situation. This is clearly Shout!'s problem.

They put on their website that these may not ship before the street date.....

I emailed them for a replacement last week and they shipped a new one out the very next day.

If you like Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer or Urban Legend then you'll like Valentine.

Don’t let facts get in the way of shade throwing.

And if they ship it where it arrives ON street date, sure, that's fine.

I'm more afraid of them arriving AFTER the street date, which is where my "scumbag" comment is pertaining to.

Its not facts. No one is having issue like shout, and they are getting the product to retailers before the people who order direct from them.

If materials are delayed by entities, entirely, out of SF’s control it’s not their fault.
I’ve had brand new 4k releases from WB that were delayed over a month.
This is an industry wide problem. Not an isolated SF problem.

No one is having the issues to the level of shout, and now its steelbooks too. On top of damaged posters and lithos and map pricing. This is shout changes, and they are simply hiding what they can behind the replication plant.

This. How many times has The Shield Complete series set been delayed already?

Yes, there is an industry wide issue happening, but using that to make excuses for Nu-Shout!'s incompetence is laughable.

I imagine the disc replication is NOT holding up that release. Probably Mill Creek's corner cutting leading to major quality issues or something.

And blaming only SF is just as laughable.
