New Warner deal or part of the last one, that's the big question here. The last non-Val Lewton title we got was March of this year IIRC, so by the time this is released we'd be a year on. It's a relatively recent film (by Scream's standards) so I can't imagine there was great need for restoration on Warner's end, and so I don't see why there would be a hold-up. As such I'm hopeful this is part of a second deal with Warner Bros. I guess we'll know within the next couple of months if more WB titles (and not Hammer or Lewton, with some still rumoured to be part of the existing deal) are forthcoming.

Isn't Bones New Line/Warner? Maybe they have another Ernest Dickerson-directed New Line/Warner film, like SURVIVING THE GAME!

It's been so long since the last WB title, that I'm thinking this is part of a new deal.

Love this movie! I was hoping Scream would get around to releasing it. Hoping for Feardotcom and The Forsaken soon.

I wonder if we will get 1-2 more titles today?
Here you are (this probably isn't everything, I'll just add anything I've missed). Firstly 'new' titles:

[Show spoiler]When Worlds Collide
War of the Worlds
The Naked Jungle
Conquest of Space
I Married a Monster from Outer Space

Blood and Roses
Lady in a Cage
The Vulture
The Penthouse
No Way to Treat a Lady
Targets

Unman, Wittering and Zigo
The Possession of Joel Delaney
Lipstick
The Tenant
King Kong
The Shadow of Chikara
Bloodline

Dragonslayer
Mommie Dearest
The Dead Zone
Fighting Back
The Keep
(I know)
Explorers
Young Sherlock Holmes

Graveyard Shift
Intruders
(TV)
Fire in the Sky
The Temp
The Langoliers

Rumpelstiltskin
Vampire in Brooklyn
The Ghost and the Darkness
Breakdown
Night of the Demons 3
Switchback
The Haunting

Bless the Child
The Gift
What Lies Beneath
Domestic Disturbance
Red Eye
The Ring Two
The Loved Ones

And possible re-release, double-dip CE or box set candidates:

[Show spoiler]The Warriors
Pet Sematary
(seems unlikely given the 4K release)
Friday the 13th Parts I-VIII
The Addams Family
Addams Family Values
Congo
Event Horizon
The Relic
Sleepy Hollow
The Ring

Scream may also be able to get hold of Paramount titles formerly with Olive, such as Night of the Scarecrow (I believe this is OOP?)

Awesome! Thanks for that. Lots of titles in there that hopefully get a release, and lets hope the Paramount deal is a long and prosperous one for both parties.

Would you say Perfume: A Story of Murderer might also be possible as I believe that's with Paramount in the US, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I don't want to get my hopes up at this point. My main want from Warner horror is Alone in the Dark (1982). I really hope it happens.

You really need to spend more time in the Indicator thread. They've got replacement discs in of both this and The Legacy disc.

I think Feardotcom is very likely, not least since there aren't many not-on-Blu 2000s Warner-owned horror/thrillers remaining now. From what I can gather the list is down to these (and you might also add De Palma's Femme Fatale):

Lost Souls
Highwaymen
Feardotcom
Eight Legged Freaks
The Jacket
The Hills Run Red

I'm not convinced Scream will release all of these, but I'd say 3-4 have a good chance.

Ticks isn't with Paramount, anymore. The rights reverted to Our Alchemy / First Look Pictures and are now held by FilmRise/OA Acquisitions.

Well that makes sense. Do you happen to know if Paramount also lost the rights to Night of the Scarecrow? I was surprised to learn Olive's release is seemingly OOP.

I'm not aware of that title reverting to anyone else.
