I watched The Pool (2001) https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0283027/ and it seemed perfect for a Scream Factory release. With the right promo it could really land with the Scream franchise fans and the kills are all really solid

This has probably been covered off before but I'm new to Scream, why is Urban Legend so hard to get now? Can't seem to find it available anywhere.

What is going on with the Roger Corman deal? I watched Summer School Teachers last night. I will not rest until I have Candice Rialson's complete filmography. I mean, you get her AND Dick Miller on a "date" where she gets him drunk to steal his keys to the locker room equipment for her female football team. This is just one example of Corman criminally unrepresented.

It's likely in between pressings. There has always been a lull when a title is temporarily sold out and new copies were being made, but that lull has become a bit of an extended gap now as things are running a bit slower. Give it a few weeks (4- 8) and I'm sure it'll start to pop back up.

I was very pleasantly surprised by "The Rental" this weekend and was thinking to myself "I hope SF! eventually gets this"

I just purchased this (with Slip) at FYE last week, along with the sequel. Both were $24.99 - check to see if you have any local FYE stores that are open, I also found Creepshow for $24.99 as well

I'm based in Ireland, so unfortunately my only go-tos are Amazon & WOWHD, along with Deep Discount I think. Not in stock anywhere. I'll keep searching but its encouraging that you found a copy still with a slip.

this is a garbage movie. i rented it forever ago and really seems more like a code red or scorpion title. (like the garbage that was shredder)

i guess how does a movie that was so bad it couldn’t get distribution and went to straight to video, seem like a scream factory title?

if shout has a deal with warner, i would love a tales from the crypt box set. don’t know the rights, so maybe it’s just impossible. i mean, it aired on hbo but has never shown up on hbo streaming.

[Show spoiler]

I found this link that states the lawsuit with his sons was finally settled:

https://www.latimes.com/entertainmen...unning-lawsuit

Thing is, it doesn't go into details, but this lawsuit was definitely the hold up of new Corman titles through Shout/Scream. This was back in February and then COVID hit...hopefully soon they'll start announcing titles. Specifically the Carnosaur films

So, I go to my Gmail account just now, because I want to double-check the tracking number for my Thirteen Ghosts order, and then send Shout Factory a friendly email asking why my copy is still in pre-shipment.

...and I see a brand-new email in my inbox from Shout Factory explaining that there has been a delay with regard to many orders of this title being stuck in pre-shipment status at the moment.

It's as though Shout Factory were reading my mind. That's scary.

Maybe there's something to all of these absurd 5G conspiracy theories after all...

I'm a bit nervous about the Shit Show that will be this thread and Scream's own facebook page if the same thing happens with the Friday the 13th set. My order of 13 Ghosts, The Tenant, and Graveyard Shift all shipped on Saturday from Target and I know plenty of others have already received their copies of Thirteen Ghosts so it's always mind boggling when ordering direct results in delayed order fulfillment.

I just received the email as well. I had received my shipping notice on the 14th so kinda disappointed. It sounds like a USPS issue in Louisville though not so much Shout.

The 14th was my shipping notice date as well. Shout is reaching out to Louisville to see what happened.

I think it's because these large store companies (Target, Amazon, etc...) sell so many and make so much more money for SHOUT than individual orders straight to SHOUT. Shout will continue to make the larger sellers a priority so they wont lose their customers, and THEN deal with those who order directly.

Just my own personal theory.

Got my copy of 13 Ghosts & Graveyard Shift from Bullmoose today. $20 for 13 Ghosts. To hell with doing business with Shout! directly.

I think you'll enjoy it as long as you remember that it's an early 2000's mainstream effort from Warner. This is a title that I feel has actually gotten better with age (like many horror films). The cast great, the effects are very good, and the film is just a lot of fun. It's not particularly scary, or all that effective as a horror film, but as a fun popcorn movie with a horror premise it's solid.

Cool, thanks. Will probably check it out Wednesday with my daughter.

Cliff, can you say if you guys have, or can get, COMA (1978)? I love the movie and would love to have it as a Collector's Edition with that artwork that has the coma patients suspended by wires as to not get bed sores.

A possibility?

Thanks.
