I'll continue to wait. From what you described it sounds like they're missing the extra tv only footage. A bunch of commentary's do very little for me. I want all the missing footage, behind the scenes footage, promo's and epk's etc before I.... quadruple? (I think) dip on this film.

Child’s Play 2 has TV version scenes under extra features. I am still going through CP3 disc but I will update on whether the TV scenes are on the disc when I get through the extras.

Would be nice to get the majority of John Carpenter's Assault -through- Mouth of Madness films on 4k from Shout with those nice slips with the OG cover art. Praying they worked something out and we can get 4k's of The Fog and Escape From New York from them.

Lionsgate does not have Scream 1-3, Paramount is doing 1. But they do have Scream 4.

Evil Dead UHD boxset would be killer!

The first two are already on 4K. What would be the point of an Evil Dead boxset. The first two films in Blu-ray and the third in UHD. All three in UHD when you can already get the first two? Even if they included the remake in UHD it wouldn't seem worth it.

I could see Scream Factory releasing Candyman 3 under a Lionsgate deal. After all they reacquired the rights to Candyman 2 after it went OOP.

Also, Bad Liutenant in 4K would be great.

My gut tells me their deal with Lionsgate would be simply for Halloween (1978) and maybe 4+5. I mean they already have the special features made for the sequels and they know the $$$ they'll make if they offer a mono track for the first.

Is it possible that Trancas International licensed around Lionsgate?
