Why is sleepaway camp so expensive? I have like 3 copies with slip and 2 are signed by the cast as they where at dark del. I should sell on eBay and or trade for slips I’m missing from back in the day.

Was able to finally find and buy Species III and Species: The Awakening double feature blu-ray for around $35. I swear this double feature has been eluding me for awhile now but now I can finally rest easy.

Now if only we can get another Species film. I honestly wouldn't mind if it's another direct-to-television movie.

Take for example RAD. A HD version was absent for so many years. VS released it and sold their stock almost immediately. After VS license expired, Mill Creek acquired the rights to release their own version. Similar with Action USA through VS, and later through MVD. If there's a title you really want, just wait.
Exactly. I was going to buy The Dark Half (Scream Factory) on Ebay this week, going for appr. $50-$70 from most sellers. I held strong when a couple sellers declined my offer of $45. I'm hoping that Kino continues their line of Scream Factory rereleases. As much as I want to build my Scream collection up, I just cant pay second hand market pricing anymore.

It also helps if you have a region free player.

Skipped the last two Shout exclusives. I'm only really interested in Grotesque and Battletruck tbh. Not sure if one or both were Corman productions but these are the only two upgrades I need. Oh, and maybe the Christina Applegate flick Streets (or was it Angel In Red?).

I wonder what happened with this.

Glad to see Shout releasing Universal films on 4K. Even though Universal wouldn't release their grip on JAWS 2, JAWS 3D and JAWS THE REVENGE and allow Shout to release them as Collector's Editions on standard blu-ray, I hope they let them license all three for 4K.

I thought Scream Factory started in 2013 with Halloween II and Halloween III on bluray? Or were there DVDs before that?

I remember reading about Scream Factory in Geek magazine, that's how I was introduced to the label. I unfortunately wouldn't start collecting bluray until 2016 with Batman v Superman, so I had to buy the Halloween films, 3 more times since then!

It was in 2012, but yes, they did start with those on Blu-ray.

Once you buy a region-free player, you'll wonder why you didn't buy one sooner. I was so happy with mine, I bought a second one for my office. That was four years ago. I haven't had any problems with either of them.
