I wonder how far we are from April's announcements? March's titles were announced 16th December, so almost 4 weeks ago now, but it's possible Scream's hand was forced by a Target leak earlier in the day (then again, they don't usually react to leaks so quickly, so it may have been intended). Worth noting that February's slate was revealed 29th November, so there wasn't even a 3 week gap there. Might be that we've still got to wait a little while.

As fun as the leaks have been, I miss the days of predictability in Shout's Announcements. If they'd settle on making announcements on say the first Monday of the month that'd almost always ensure that they beat the leaks and would give us something to look forward to. Maybe it's me, but I feel like this thread hasn't been nearly as active as it once was for the last year or so and part of that is due to the lack of predictability in announcements... (with the other part being the titles announced themselves as not much they've announced these last several months has really garnered much in the way of discussion.)

I did

(I also made threads for them though, which sort of defeats the purpose of spoiler-tagging them .)

I saw your post, but a few posts above Barndoor says they leaked something earlier today, no?? That's what I was alluding to.

Forget it, I needed to read his post better...

The Temp and Whispas In Da Dahk just arrived. Can't decide which 90's potboiler to watch first.

Got my pre-orders in for Alligator and The Sword and the Sorcerer. Probably the most exciting releases from Scream since The Dead Zone imo.

I do like the suggestion on poster said above on editing the interviews together to make a mini doc. Would be a lot more fun to watch than just a talking head for 20 minutes.
I actually liked the Horror Hallowed Grounds segments. I thought that they were pretty cool.

It would be nice if they edited the interviews into a mini doc and take out all of the breaks to plaster the question they asked on the screen. The flow of the interview would be a lot better.

I was watching the doc on The Lamp that VS put out on the blu ray and they did this. Had like 8 people and instead of long drawn out interviews they edited them all together and it was a way better experience to watch.

I love the idea of Horror Hallowed Grounds..i just dont like sean clarke

I liked them, too, and Sean Clarke is cool. He made what he did look easy, and you could always see his enthusiasm and love for the genre.

Seeing 40 posts per page, so this thread is only 2,000 pages long to me. Still a milestone!

I really enjoy Horror’s Hallowed Grounds.

He has been continuing the series on his YouTube channel (malfuncsean). He just uploaded a Killer Klowns episode this week and he’s done a couple Friday the 13th episodes recently too. He’s posted all the episodes done for discs too so you can check out any you may have missed.

I should say that I sort-of miss them. Sean Clark has continued to film Horror's Hallowed Grounds episodes; he uploads them on YouTube now. He's branched out beyond horror to cover other films, like the Bill & Ted series and Fast Times at Ridgemont High. He's added some of his older, Scream-extra segments to his YouTube channel, as well.

To get a sense of how good Clark is, try watching some of the "horror movie locations" films made by others that are available on YouTube (there are many of them). Clark's are made by film-making professionals (himself included); many of the others are strictly amateur-hour.
I do like Grimm life collective, they do good location videos.
