How long ago did you fill out the form? I give companies at least two or three days before trying to get in touch again. I recently contacted Kino about some replacement items and it took them at least a week to get back to me. I'd entirely forgotten about it and was surprised by the response.

Anyway, if it's been longer than that, try their email address from the order emails:

I got my second sale order today, once again immediately opened all the movies to inspect them & thankfully they were all scratch free.

It would have been cool, if Dracula 2000.....would have been a Collector's Edition and included a slip like Thinner. That Thinner slip is pretty nice.

I remember how they rushed to announce Tattoo (1981).

Taking a look at both of those movies after hearing all the hatred tossed their way, I found them both to be very good horror flicks. The former so many gripe about the twist. I just watch it as a different universe type thing. It's not a terrible movie if you simply take it for a one-off. But most people can't watch a movie for the actual movie and not part of the series/franchise.

I suggest viewing these movies just as stand-alone horror movies. They aren't that bad. However, anyone can hate them if they find themselves simply not liking them.

If referring to Cat People CE Blu-ray, I found that one to be very lacking in special features.

Woah. Hadn't heard anything about that. Seeing the denist in 4K might give me nightmares again.

Leave a polite one-star review on Trust Pilot. They'll respond.

Have you emailed info@shoutfactory.com?

I don't know if this is still the best number to use, but I've seen 877-366-3293 referenced in at least one other thread here.

Would love this and would be over the moon if they could get the HBO TV show out on blu, but I know it’s stuck in licensing hell.

Trying to contact Shout's support over getting a release from them with a massive crack in the case and I'm getting messages back that their inbox is full. What should I do?

Dracula 2000 sure feels like a collector’s edition with all those new special features.

Write a one or two star Trust Pilot review. They pay for extra perks on there. That’s a sign they take it seriously and will respond quickly.

It is more so than any of the so called “collectors editions” they are releasing the same month. Just missing a slipcover but I’m okay paying $8 less for the release.

While I wish the director had done a retrospective commentary I’m excited to watch his interview.

It's weird that it's not. It has new extras and was previously released to Blu-ray by another studio. Those are generally the two rules Scream follows for the CE label. Maybe there was something preventing them from labeling it as one?

One of the Special Features is a gypsy curse (Thiiiiinnnner!!) that causes the original case to waste away into an eco case.

The last sale package showed it was in a city 30 minutes away from me on Wednesay. Now? It's half way across the country. WTH?

Thumbs down

Just received my $50+ sale order of the Fargo UHD, Point Break UHD and Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure UHD. Instead of using a box, those *sshats over at SF shipped everything in a big yellow bubble mailer so the slips have damage.

They're so useless I might as well go with Amazon for future releases.

People consider SF a boutique company?

^ Yeah, they do that with their $30 site exclusives too. I got smashed cases on one pair of overpriced exclusives, I want to say Streetwalkin' and Caged Heat / Jackson County Jail.
