They are nice aren't they? The reversible covers are fantastic.

Yeah, New Line owns Leatherface: TCM III (a film New Line oughta release on Blu soon to coincide with the new film).

hopefully but since warner took over it is doubtful we were lucky to get a stellar dvd release with all the problems new line had with this film.

I'm really curious to know how the PQ differs (if it does) on the new H2 release compared to the Echo Bridge one.

Received Halloween 2 today from amazon. Looks great. My 1st bd from Scream Factory. So how does their license differ from the ones that Twilight Time has (besides including the extras)? Are Scream Factor's bd's limited to a certain number or do they continue to press discs for a specified time period?

Nope, they're unlimited. They'll keep pressing the discs for a long time.

First off, Halloween II was NEVER released by Echo Bridge. The film is owned by Universal (now and forever). Second, many have stated the new transfer is better than the 30th AE due to better clean-up (removal of dirt and minor print damage without the use of DNR) and some color correcting.

I think Psycho 2 was a very good sequel although not nearly as good as the first one, but it does hold up really well.

I've been reading this thread for awhile now and I have to say I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the movie Nightbreed! This is the type of movie that I would imagine Scream Factory would love to get their hands on especially considering that the producers of the film have been trying to get a distributor to release their long awaited directors cut.

Unfortunately, it's just not gonna happen. Warner has the rights and recently it received the MOD treatment.

For such a low budget cult film, the recent release is probably about as good as anyone can hope for.

I was gonna add that the new release of Klowns is pretty ok in my book...wish they would've added the music video from the band that covered the title track...but oh well!!!

Still happy with it!!!
