Will Phantasm 2 get a slip or reversible cover?

I'd love to see Moonstalker as well, it's an extremely fun slasher film. I picked up a DVD of it for $1 from a general store, it comes in a paper folder. It could definitely use the upgrade, as I've heard there is a stacked special edition available overseas.
Moonstalker would be great! Reminds me, I need to search for my copy to watch it again.

I would imagine since it will be a Collector's Edition. Very curious to see what the special features will be since this is one is looking like it will be the most stacked in that department.

What I'm interested in seeing is whether or not SF will end up making all of their releases Collector's Editions.

If not, interested in the prices and if the packaging with differ.

"Death Valley" and "The Island" have been confirmed as non-Collector's Editions. In addition, these titles will not have slipcovers since the original poster is already utilized as their covers. "The Nest" hasn't been confirmed as a non-Collector's Edition but based on the images of the cover we've seen, I'd say it's more than likely that it won't be.

So, Cliff, any chance on getting 'Moonstalker'?

Its obviously got a bigger fanbase than I though. Maybe its on the slasher ranks? I know I pull it out every once in a while. There's a swedish release of the film that has amazing artwork and a good bit of special features, its very popular in Europe and I think it got an Australian release to -and that's something for a VERY low budget direct to video slasher from the late 80s.

I was watching "Halloween" and Donald Pleasence was say Hallooween the way he always does, and I guess it just came out lol. Its really a good movie and I have no clue who the rights are with. What's the general opinion of Hack-O-Lantern?

I'm watching Scarecrows tonight and I really hope this makes it's way into the Scream Factory lineup. I've got a pretty good feeling about it since the DVD now appears to be OOP. Amazon only has 3rd Party copies listed.

On a brighter note, looking forward to watching Funhouse tonight.

I hope the non-Collector's Editions are a tad cheaper. 14.99 would be excellent prices.

Scarecrows and Dolls are probably the two titles I want the most

In fact I may as well make a list too (including titles already shot down by Cliff)

1) Dolls
2) Scarecrows
3) Rawhead Rex
4) Pumpkinhead
5) Waxwork
6) The Blob
7) The Burning
8) Leviathan
9) The Hidden
10) Silver Bullet

And now that Blue Underground is seemingly dead in the water, I wish someone would release The Beyond, Phenomena, Opera, and all those other Italian titles (in the US)

I'm suffering from "Friday Withdrawal". Getting antsy for the next announcement

Can't wait until Shout starts disclosing the more obscure titles. Everybody's asking for the big stuff, The Fog, The Howling, Without Warning, but it's the obscure stuff I want the most. I'm really hoping for some exploitation action flicks as well.

I can't see them doing action flicks in the Scream Factory line, though hopefully Shout might have something else up their sleeve...

I can see them announcing Dolls, Cellar Dweller or The Horror Show tomorrow. I have a feeling the hint will be a horror from 1985-1989 again.

Just noticed that MGM has Monkey Shines. That'd be another nice one

edit: ah, missed Seymour's post a month ago

I'd also like to see Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes in the line with all cuts and new and old extras. I can see Shout! putting that out.

And Cliff, any chance you're going to talk to Universal to expand the contract for more films?
