Dude, I sincerly doubt will want to associate themselves with Howling II again. I know Christopher Lee apologised to Joe Dante on the set of Gremlins 2. It was that bad.

In a documentary on horror films, host Lee joked "(Lee voice: ) Even I've had my own experience with werewolves....The less said about that, the better."

Just sayin', though. Not much you could say about 3&4, or at least, what you could, I'd save for Joe Bob Briggs. Back during the TNT Network days, he could be very eloquent about cheesy Howling sequels.

Well, gotta put it in historical perspective: Lee's career was hurting, before Tim Burton found him.
Oh, it's okay to look back now, and talk about Lucas and LOTR, but none of that would've happened if Tim hadn't had the idea to think it was neato to put Lee in "Sleepy Hollow" as a Hammer homage.
Early 80's, this stuff was par for the course.

Here's the ting, Burton grew up with the dude's Dracula films and no doubt he accepted an offer to appear in Howling II, that doesn't mean he won't regret doing it. He strikes me passionate about acting and of course, he chose the stupid movie.

I think this title warrants, at the very minimum, some considration.
After all, Halloween II already had a BD release!
100% agree with this.

Just that every source I've been reading just says Blu-Ray.
It's only a Blu-ray. It's been out on DVD before.

I would like to release it.... But it's not one of our titles.

Yup, I got mine on Wednesday. Good transfer I thought. There's even a few more extras than stated on the package! The interview with micheal Berryman was good. I suggest watching through the few seconds of credits after that one for a good laugh.

Okay. Why is it only Blu-Ray then when all the others have Combo Packs?

Probably studio choice.

He said in a interview when referring to things like Rolling Thunder, that some studios are fine with them releasing blu rays, but not DVDs, because the studio has already put out a DVD and wants people to buy that.

Not every release is a combo pack. Sorry. We can't make everyone happy all the time.

My understanding of the Universal new potential deal is that Scream is negotiating now for possible new titles but that there are certain films off limits or out of their price range or currently still locked into some kind of distribution deal thru Universal. This is all speculation on my part but I do not believe that Scream and Universal have not stopped negotiations. We all need to give them some time and let the dust settle. Cliff is very well aware of what we want because he is a film buff like us. I'm perfectly happy with the titles they have announced so far. Keep rockin it Scream!

Anyone picking up the February release by Tokyo Shock of "Dracula vs Frankenstein" (1971) the Lon Chaney TROMA flick? If they could get their hands on a Troma movie then maybe Shout can.

Can you say "Graduation Day"? Lol.

Also, this question would be better in the Olive Thread, but does anyone know what the bonus content on "Cujo" and "Ticks" will be?

+1 on "Graduation Day", although I am going to be passing on "Dracula Vs Frankenstein". I don't like it, never have.
And I don't know about the special features for "Ticks" and "Cujo". How did Olive get "Cujo" from Warner Bros, when Shout can't get anything?

It seems like a ton of other companies have deals with Sony and Warner Bros...

I knew there was something that was just off with that image. This looks much better as the red background was clashing with the blue case.

Where did you order from that shipped it early? Does Scream Factory ship out orders in advance so that new releases arrive before the release date?

Cujo and Ticks are part of the Republic library, owned by Paramount
