cmac, I'm curious, does Shout/Scream Factory have or possibly will acquire the rights to release either Vamp or Brain Damage under their label for blu-ray?

Vamp was released on BD here by Image, there's a nice-looking (region-free) disc with plenty of extras available from Arrow in the UK. Brain Damage would be from Synapse, who released a 2-disc DVD SE here. I sent them an email asking if they have any Blu-ray plans. I'm actually surprised they haven't released it yet.

Probably the best Horror movie about Scarecrows, at least it was trying. Though glad I managed to get the 2007 DVD from MGM.

VAMP is with Image. I thought that Elite has the rights to Brain Damage

Cliff, CMAC, Mr MacMillian, C-dawg,

What are the chances of Shout releasing Blood Games starring George "Buck" Flower? I love this movie and would absolutely love to have it in my collection even if only on DVD.

I don't think anyone has released it on DVD yet anywhere and there is a semi-decent transfer out there because I was able to catch it on Netflix early last year before it disappeared.

Cliff, it would be a great move if you included a brief featurette/tribute to John Carradine on the Howling Blu-ray. He was such an iconic actor for so many decades, and worked with pretty much all the big names, as well as many of the little ones. It seems like he's never gotten his full due, whether from appearing in so many z-grade flicks in the 60's and 70's (as well as some great ones), or as a result of being such a selfless, fanfare-avoiding supporting actor. In any case, a short little tribute would be a nice gesture, and might help turn a few young horror fans on to his non-genre work in classics like Johnny Guitar, Prisoner of Shark Island, Swamp Water, and Drums Along the Mohawk, as well as showcasing his performances in iconic fright flicks like House of Dracula and The Invisible Man, undervalued gems like Bluebeard, and fun trash like The Astro Zombies and Billy the Kid vs. Dracula. He really did it all!

Cliff, Any chance of Shout releasing Return of the Living Dead Part 2 or Return of the Living Dead 3?

Would love to see both these get the full Shout Factory treatment.

to do it right, we'd need to include clips ... and those would cost money to license. Even photos need to be cleared.
so, as much as it would be cool to do it, it would cost a good chunk of money to do it.
