Odd that trailers for IV are not included (not that I'm complaining).

That's what I figured, thanks. Too bad you couldn't also stick Jim, the World's Greatest (with Scrimm and Bannister), Kenny and Company (with Bannister and Baldwin) Beastmaster, Phantasm IV and Survival Quest trailers on there as well, and have a Coscarelli trailer mini-marathon with commentary or something. In any case, looks like a very nice collection of extras.
