They announced it on their facebook page, Hammer did, and Millennium's press release for the DVD Trilogy stated they would be doing all three at separate times in the course of the next year.

well I have just got of a live chat from Amazon and they tell me its a manufacturer and Licence issue. Personally I can see this issue dragging on for ages and to make matters worse Import CDs are out of stock of the items I want
![]() You are now connected to Karen from Amazon.com Karen:Hi! My name is Karen. How may I help you today? Me:Hi, my name Is Anthony. Im am looking to place an order for some Shout/Scream Factory Blurays. However there appears to be a shipping restriction that was accidentally put in place on the items. I was told earlier in the week that the international restriction would be removed in 24hrs however this appears to be still in place. Karen:Hi, Anthony I'm so sorry you're still unable to place an order for that copy, Don't worry, I'll check that out for you let me see our website for that title, one moment please Anthony, thank you for waiting I've checked on my lead about seeing if restrictions can be removed for a certain copy. But I'm afraid it's not possible, Anthony it's manufacturer restrictions actually that prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. is that for this item? http://www.amazon.com/Factory-Marathon-...(See full link) Me:I have been in touch with the manufacturer and they have confirmed its an Amazon error, Amazon are aware and were suppose to remove the restriction. Karen:I see, you want this shipped outside US, right? hold on Me:Yes Hello, you still there?? Karen:Anthony thank you for waiting. Sorry about the delay in my response. Me:no problem Karen:Just get back from my lead, and see that we're unable to remove this restriction due to licensee restriction too. But we have created a ticket for this with our technical team but it's not an assurance that it will be removed. it's because this may still be blocked at customs for some reason. But nevertheless, we have this checked with our technical team, this review may take 3-5 business days and they'll update our website. you may check our website on your next convenient time though if the restriction will be removed. Me:Ok thanks Karen:You're welcome. Is there anything else I can help you with today? Me:no thanks, have a nice weekend Karen:Take care and Have a great weekend! I remain astounded at the inability of people to harness their computerized masters. Here in Winnipeg, it was just discovered that McDonalds was charging an extra percentage point of sales tax. When this was pointed out, they admitted it was a computer error and they were working on a fix. They suggested people keep their burger receipts so they could get a redund when a fix was found. Seriously. Working on a fix. in the "old days", If I was overcharged for something, I'd just tell the cashier and she'd say, "Oops...here's your money back". Done. How crazy is it that huge companies (and last time I looked, amazon and McDonalds were pretty big) remain at the mercy of their incompetent computer operators? On day one, you could call it a simple error. By the third day without a fix, amazon was looking like a Three Stooges sketch. After eight days, there are no remaining superlatives to described the depths of their idiocy. |

Thanks for answering this Cliff,i know you get bombarded with questions.
My hopes would be (bare in mind im not the best with studio rights. Sleepaway camp 2&3 (would love these). Later Amityville sequels. Exorcist 3. Ghoulies 2. The Howling sequels(2 single,3/4,5/6 double features)-sod part 7 though Phantasm 3&4 Curse 2-The Bite. |

Warner Bros. so No.
Definite no on all WB titles, as they rarely sublicense, and it's usually to other large studios like Universal, or well-known "classy" distributors like Criterion, and when they do it is typically for only one film and, again, is extremely rare. It's not a matter of money, they just do not have interest in sublicensing. Quote:
I have all of the films on Vhs and Dvd. Every North American release. Would love to add them to my collection. These are probably my #1 most wanted sequels, realistically. I believe the director owns them. |

Shout! needs to do something about this. It's taking ages and it hurts their company name and their fans. |

House 1 and 2 and Sleepaway Camp 1, 2, and 3 would be all be day one buys for me. It doesn't look like the House movies are possible at this time, but I will hold out hope for the Sleepaway Camp series.
They aren't Scream titles, but I would be extremely stoked for more of the Cannon Films library. American Ninja 1, 2 Avenging Force Revenge of the Ninja American Samurai Pray for Death (Trans World Entertainment) |
