The company is labeled as VHS Retro Style. They have a ton of bootleg releases up on Amazon. Bill at Code Red has been furious about their releases, and has been contacting the filmmakers and labels that own the rights to the films in order to try to get their releases pulled.
It's pretty screwed up Amazon is continuing to sell their product even though they've been made aware their releases are illegal bootlegs.
I've read some comments that suggest this is Amazon is behind these releases...which would be very strange. Can't find anything concrete one way or the other but it's frustrating to see crap like this happen.

It would explain them slapping the IMDB user ratings on those images, since IMDB is owned by Amazon.

We're thrilled to report that Chiller Films' recent underwater thriller BENEATH will surfacing on DVD and Blu-ray in early 2014 from us!
Directed by Larry Fessenden (Wendigo, The Last Winter) the story concerns six teenagers on a rowboat attacked by a man-eating fish which forces them to decide who must be sacrificed as they fight their way back to shore.
Exact details on extras, key art and street date will be revealed in the next few months.

I was curious if Scream/Shout Factory-only releases get picked up, for blu-ray, by Netflix?
I've been waiting forever for Steve Niles' Remains to be upgraded to blu-ray on Netflix and nada.
So far it looks like Beneath is dvd only too. Was wondering if Cliff, or someone, could chime in on that.
No wonder I forgot about it. It is not on the list on the first page. It's also a Chiller movie, forgetful enough to begin with.

Yes they've just announced this Beneath film, but I don't think I'm alone in not disregarding the Chiller titles.
Beneath isn't really a chiller film. Yes, chiller owns it and released it on tv, but it had a theatrical limited release earlier this year. It was also produced by different production companies, other than Chiller.
Its worlds better. Think of it as a loveletter to Jaws.
I'm actually excited to own it, and I HATE chiller films. That being said, I don't really think of Beneath as a chiller film.
