I haven't bought the UK releases since I haven't owned a region free player

I doubt we'll see Squirm, unless SF manage to license it from a source other than MGM, as MGM themselves are losing the rights shortly. Arrow mentioned their edition won't be in print for much longer.

It only works with Spider Baby, Runaway Train, Hellgate and Hell Comes to Frogtown.

It’s a bit of both but much more commonly we come up with our own wish list, that’s the case for MGM, Fox and Universal certainly, but even in some cases they don’t have the rights to the films themselves and our release of SQUIRM won’t be around long as the rights expire with MGM (and therefore us) much sooner than is usual.

I suppose the arrangements for the UK could be somewhat different from the US. MGM HD has shown Night of the Demons (88) over here, for example, and I'm pretty sure MGM doesn't have the rights to that film in the US.

They have the TV rights to that, Witchboard, and the Sleepaway Camp sequels.

Already heard back from the good people over at Arrow through FB and in regards to 'SQUIRM' they said the rights expire in a few years time so nothing imminent.

I tried it on a Sony S3100 with wi-fi and it wouldn't work. Fortunately, it works fine on my other player though.

I'd imagine this rules out the S5100 as well, but not sure about the S1100. If you have an older Sony model without wi-fi and all the options (Netflix, Hulu, etc), it might work. Hard to say.
