What scream factory needs to release is army of darkness. All the cuts with branching. I'd pay $50 for that. I know there's some bootleg German Koch release already. But apparently has 2.0 sound and B locked.

I'd pay $80 without a second thought, especially if there were new extras/commentaries/featurettes...ive been eyeing the german releases but im holding out hope that someone will do it justice in North America.

Im starting to think the remaining titles that werent announced on Halloween were Sleepaway Camp 2 and 3 ..keep your fingers crossed

The problem is that universal owns the TC and TV footage. MGM owns the DC footage. Something about putting them together is really hard nowadays.

You are so very right. I have 9 Collectors Editions and they are with slipcover. The Fog is the last one I really, really want, but I want it with slipcover for it to match the rest. A bit dumb but it would bother me to look at it if it comes without one. Now to find out where to buy it.

I thought I'd read a lot of negative things about They Live transfer but I thought it looked pretty damn good!

The original release did. The new one does not. Nightbreed has one.

This is weird because neither are collector's Editions. I know the nightbreed 3 discs le has a chip box.

We know Part 2 has been licensed, but they kinda go together so it'll be pointless to acquire just one film. I'm 98% sure it's Scream Factory

The original Lifeforce was a Collector's Edition.

Is there a difference between them besides the headline and no slip? My combo has 1 blu ray (cover says 2 cuts) and 1 DVD. No slipcover. Was shipped from Sears with the planet facing out.

There's a special feature missing. I can't remember which one it is. Other than that and the slip, I think everything else is the same. It sounds like you have the re-release.

Edit: from just looking at the backs, it seems to be missing the retrospectives and vintage featurette but adds a commentary.
WTF the 1st version sells for $55 on Amazon Jfc.

Bill said 2 but didn't mention 3.. but Im sure they are together.. Im 99% sure its Scream Factory, just as Im sure about Blood Beach coming out in 2015 (not from SF).
I will be surprised if Im wrong.. but not all that disappointed... major gut feeling here - ive had this hunch for months
