I agree. The Vincent Price Set was the best Scream release this year (or last year...whatever). I was very happy with the quality of the audio video and extras. I re-discovered my love of Mr. Price through this set. I just hope it sold well enough that they do indeed do a second set...and third....fourth...

Well, I just pre-ordered Cat People. It's too good of a film to pass up, and I'm loving the opportunity to buy it on Blu-ray instead of being relegated to the DVD version forever. This will be my first time owning it.

Incidentally, I just placed my order for Dolls via Amazon Japan (I'm still partially kicking myself over this one) as I have little hope for a region-free UK version. (Or even an American one at this point).

So as I'm checking out, what should I see but a Blu-ray of Frank Langella's Dracula? Why the Hell are the Japanese getting all the awesome Blus? Geez.

Sadly, it's still the color-drained revision that's been on home video since the dvd era. You have to go back to the first fullscreen laserdisc release (which is extremely grainy) to see what the movie's color timing looked like from it's theatrical run.

Yes, cause looking at pictures is totally the same as watching the movie

Wait…I thought 88 Films had this primed for release in just a few months?

Anyone think Shout would ever consider Revenge Of The Ninja? My favorite ninja movie of all time.

I wish they would, but Cliff as said that it would depend on sales of Ninja III. I hope SF takes into consideration that Ninja III was, by far, the weakest of the "trilogy" and the other 2(I believe) would outsell Ninja III by 3 to 1 or 4 to 1, at least!

I agree, although I did prefer Ninja III to Enter the Ninja, Revenge of the Ninja was by far the ninja trilogy's best. As an 80's ninja fanatic, I'm all for more of the Kosugi/Dudikoff Cannon ninja films e.g. Revenge of the Ninja, Pray for Death (uncut), American Ninja 1 & 2, and Avenging Force.

Right? I'm more excited for "Witchboard" than I am "Night of the Demons". I love them both, but I like WB better. I was a little sad when I found out NotD was getting the Collector's Edition treatment instead. But now that I see all of those special features I'm super excited!

Too bad NotD is missing the My Demon Night-14 minute interview with Lennea Quigley from the Anchor Bay DVD.

other than that good set of extras. Still going to hold on to my AB DVD as it is signed by Kevin Tenney.
