Well I know some speculated that the deal might just be for Vincent Price titles from MGM so they can do a second set. The number would certainly fit. I love Price but many of his better offerings were on that first set and I'd prefer some more variety at this stage.

Nothing can top The Final Terror for me

Not even Fright Night Part II

Of course, the spanner in the works now in relation to MGM is Twilight Time. We know they will be releasing one of Audrey Rose, Pumpkinhead or Burnt Offerings later in the year, and Scream have apparently said that the rights for Burnt Offerings are with someone else. It's foreseeable that Twilight Time could release 5 or 6 horror films in October. One will be The Blob, another will be one of those three, and it's probable that there will be some more MGM titles in there as well. After Mindwarp, we can't rule out anything being of interest to TT.

That is too bad. I love the Horror's Hallowed Grounds segments! Sean Clark seems like a cool guy. A friend of mine met him at Monster Mania in Hartford a few years ago and said that Sean is into old straight edge and hardcore punk stuff. I would love the chance to talk to Sean about music and horror since those are my two biggest interests.

Welp, Futureshop just cancelled my NOTD preorder. I guess I'm spending the few extra dollars at Amazon.

The fact that TT will be releasing one of Pumpkinhead, Burnt Offerings or Audrey Rose later this year? Their facebook page.

Now someone here said that Scream revealed on their own facebook that someone else had the rights to Burnt Offerings, but I haven't seen that post myself.

All of the above are examples of excellent horror films. Not everything made today is junk.
And dont forget The Conjuring

I read on their forum that also releasing The Blob remake later this year so I think that they may do a horrormania in October with one of the afterformentioned titles that Demonknight has posted...

On Facebook, within the past week or so, Scream Factory did mention the possibility of Horror's Hallowed Grounds returning later on this year.

Hull House was apparently torn down, so that may have factored into any decisons not to do a Horror's Hallowed Grounds feature for Night of the Demons. http://t-location-scout.blogspot.com...mons-1988.html

Negative reaction to the Comic Con announcements is my guess.

...or more likely, he's just too busy

Just a guess, but I would think all the "over-the-top" venom that was thrown out in the Bruce Lee thread might have caused him to stop posting.

Not on this thread, but he is still around, he posted last week, somewhere on the site. On the The Final Terror thread, on 02-03-2014, he posted something.

That's my blog!

Yes, Hull House is sadly gone. The old man's house is still there though, just down the street from where Hull House once stood.

From what I understand, it's not the nicest part of L.A., so I can't really blame the Horror's Hallowed Grounds guys for not wanting to go out there.

Ugh. More douchebaggery at a party with white trash characters. No thanks. I was only interested by the trailer when the girl started to turn into a beaver.

I'd rather watch Brad Jones' awesome-sounding new movie about the rapist squirrels. Shot on Shitteo, baby.
