Since people are now throwing around Pumpkinhead and Motel Hell.

I have actually been suspecting a Sony deal.
I'm hoping Sony too. I'm going to base my guess on how they worded the answer to a Fright Night request:

Which could mean another three years plus, if TT do in fact renew their licenses. I guess we'll find out early next year.

That would suck. I'm envisioning myself trying to explain why I'm sitting at my desk hitting refresh on an overloaded SAE web page for two hours once the FN pre-order was up

I'm not so sure they'd be willing to put out a BD release of a Weird Al song.

Scream Factory just posted this on their Facebook page in regards to upcoming titles: "We'll give you a (rather unfortunate) hint here. There are no more Universal titles planned for 2014 so that will take out some favorites that we had been trying for. We'll still keep trying though."

Sorry, didn't see! But I am hoping that a deal with MGM is in the works.

Not likely but it would be a nice surprise if its "Sleepaway Camp" 2&3 double feature. "Jack's Back" is another long shot but its a nifty little slasher that deserves the sf treatment.

TT should do the right thing and let the rights to Fright Night and Night of the Living Dead (1990) expire. Give a company like Scream Factory the chance to give these movies the respectable releases they deserve. Who knows, Sony might have the rights to Fright Night 2 as well.

I doubt they will renew, they have so many other things on the plate, now that they are up to 5 releases a month.

I'm pretty sure they would have done a Sleepaway Camp box set if they had any 2014 plans for the sequels.

You are right, but you never know.

I both agree and disagree. Give it some months, and we may have a double of Slumber Party Massacre 2&3.
