Curse was ass. H20 brought the series back (slightly) to its former glory. And then it shot itself in the head with Resurrection.

I hope that they don't wind up with Lionsgate because they will most likely sit on them...they could try something with them but I want to them to go a studio that will do something with them

H20 was not even close. Never before has an 85 minute movie seemed to go on forever.

That wouldn't be a shocker, really. TWC and Miramax have a long-term working arrangement in place.

Can't say I'd really want to see these titles go in that direction either since TWC = Starz/Anchor Bay.

Lol I feel like it's just too new for Scream to be interested. Who knows, though. Didn't think they would get Lake Placid either. Only way to progress is to evolve. You seem to know what you're talking about concerning movie rights... you think Turistas could be in the cards?

BTW, I'm one of those that love H20. Best sequel imo. It's like a Halloween movie with a Scream style to it. Might just be because it's from that era. The Faculty would be stupendous as well. Collector's editions would be DOPE! Damn, this needs to be true.

this isnt really true. when it was released h20 was considered probably the second best is the series, but time has not been kind to it, and we can see it for what it really is. curse has its own style unlike h20 and resurrection.

I haven't seen either CURSE or H20 in a long time but I'd be surprised if my opinion changes.... (either way, i would welcome a quality blu release of both films)

Not to mention, Curse also has the best part of any of the Myers canon movies: Donald Pleasance.

Halloween 4 was the best sequel. Curse had the scariest looking Myers, but the storyline was a complete mess. Haven't seen the Producer's Cut. H20 was ok. Resurrection was awful. They are both knock-offs from the Scream/I Know What You Did Last Summer era which hasn't aged well.

I finally got around to watching Scanners 2 & 3 last night and was a little disappointed. Pq wasn't great and no menus nothing just pick a movie? I had never seen part 3, and aside from the hot chick in the lead I wasn't too impressed with it.

Don't recall which Scanner sequel it was but I got a bigger kick out of the cop's haircut than I did the actual film

That would be Scanner Cop or Scanner Cop 2. Same guy, different haircut.

I don't know if I'd say that - but I thought 2 was terrific fun. I was entertained by it and never bored with it.

Three wasn't all that bad either.

I doubt blus of these, as the current DVD releases have the best quality they could get from the masters given.
