This seems the most possible, as it was a single release.

I have it from a reliable source that a release has been talked about and is possible.

Oddly, seems it was requested a few days ago on facebook and Scream isn't interested.

Now bring on Slumber Party Massacre II / Slumber Party Massacre III Double Feature!
That's one re-release on blu-ray I'm almost positive we'll get!

I wouldn't buy this unless it was released as a collector's edition. I have the Japanese release, and doubt the PQ would be any different/better.

I wish Criterion would hurry up and release Scanners, or at least give us an idea if it's actually coming soon or if they're just going to sit on it like they're doing with Y Tu Mama Tambien. I haven't watched the sequels yet because I'm waiting on that one.

Last night I went to a 16mm screening of Shock Waves in Providence, RI. I was talking to the guy from Arkham Film Society who put it on and he told me that he is the one that gave Scream Factory the print for The Final Terror. He told me a little bit about the film and now I am even more excited to see it!

Didn't Shout try to get Miramax's catalog to begin with?

I could see them picking those, I imagine they're making a good chunk of change off the Scream Factory stuff now days. So, the budget must be there.

I just don't think I'd want all of those "not so good" Miramax titles over-flowing the brand. As shitty as that sounds.

Well, Hastings decided to cancel my order of The Swimmer, Thirst, and Dead Kids

...so I ordered Beneath, Frozen, Joshua Tree, and The Visitor instead.

I was at a screening of Halloween 4 and 5 in Providence back in October where Justin Beahm (who works with Trancas Films, Scream Factory, and is writing the official book on the Halloween series) was in attendance for Q&A. He was asked if the Halloween 6 Producer's Cut would ever be released. I don't remember his exact words, but he basically made it clear that he couldn't confirm or deny but that it was a very strong possibility.

Cool. Did he say anything about what condition the print was in or if was completely uncut? This is my most-anticipated release ever and can't wait to see the film in high definition.

I believe they did, but I wonder if Shout would even try for them again. Halloween 6, H20, From Dusk till Dawn, and probably Phantoms would be nice additions to Scream Factory's lineup. Maybe even the early Prophecy movies. The Faculty actually had really good picture and sound quality, and I don't think there are many extras existing for it anyway. Venom looked and sounded really good, but it wasn't in its correct aspect ratio. I couldn't see some of the later Hellraiser or Children of the Corn sequels warranting a double-dip for many people.

They just said "no" to a Cannibal Girls Blu-ray on their Facebook page.

If Scream can get more MGM titles at some point, is there any chance of Disturbing Behavior?

Even though I realize the movie isn't that great, especially in retrospect, it has a lot of nostalgia value for me.
