Another fun 80s movie would be Night of the Comet.

You'll love it, its got zombies, comedy, end of the world antics, evil scientisits looking for survivors to take their blood, boob rashes, mexican santa claus, people turning to ash, girls dancing arouind in a post-apocalyptic Shopping Mall to the tune of "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, underground bases filled with machines that suck blood from little kids, cool sunglasses, and great Special F/X.

If you like Slumber Party Massacre, I'd suggest The Burning. It's a great little camp slasher.

Based on those two titles, I would probably go with:

The Funhouse - Four teens sneak into the carnival funhouse to spend the night, and all hell breaks loose. Kind of similar to Night Of The Demons in that way, but The Funhouse takes itself more seriously and the threat isn't supernatural. Still, I've always thought Night Of The Demons was driven by atmosphere, and the same is very much true of The Funhouse.

The Burning - Mainly because it's a slasher. A bit more polished than Slumber Party Massacre, but it's still a maniac stalking likable teens at a summer camp. Like Slumber Party, it's not a whodunit either. I guess in those regards, I might also suggest Halloween II. The score in Slumber Party has a bit of a poor-man's Halloween vibe to it. I mean that in a good way.

It's a pre-order, but I'd also highly recommend Sleepaway Camp. Tonally, it's quite similar to Slumber Party Massacre in that bizzare '80s way.

I bolded the ones I seriously doubt they will release, there are more on the list Im sure..many of the titles are with Warner, Lionsgate, Columbia , Full Moon, Scorpion, Sony and Universal ..they have no deals with any of the studios...they have with Universal and they may again
Some titles like Killer Shrews I doubt theyd be interested in releasing..and are with Image/Wade Williams so they are unlikely anyway.
To be honest I wish they could get some of them. I didnt bold the Godzilla movies because Toho is dangling Son of Godzilla and Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla 1974 at the moment.. Godzilla 1985 - when it become available from Toho would be a good one for Scream..but that is another story for another year.

sorry, I have been looking at the titles, company credits and deleting any with no hope of Scream getting them, but as you can imagine it's a long list, and I was only 1/5 the way though it when I posted it, But I will continue to go though it, no conspiring is going on here, but I would put snipers on here, whenever someone here or on Facebook asks Scream to release those, when you or Code Red is doing them,

I just received an order I placed directly with Scream Factory for The Fog, and was unpleasantly surprised when I opened it and found a chunk of the slip cover torn off. Has anyone had luck contacting Scream for a replacement? Have they done this kind of thing in the past?

I only preordered Final Terror for now but the low price has me worried that it'll be a barebones release. With the main cast made up of now-famous names I suppose they can't be bothered with participating in a retrospective but it would be cool to get at least some behind-the-scenes footage if any exists. Oh, well - as long as we get great picture quality and the film is completely uncut I'll still be very happy.

It will probably be a barebones or close to barebones. Also, it will be the Theatrical cut that is released. The original camera negatives for The Final Terror are lost forever. The only materials Scream has for their release is a 35mm Theatrical print that is reportedly in "pristine" condition. Even though the print is in reported excellent shape, it still won't look as good as the OCN would. Even with not being able to transfer original camera negatives, this is still my most anticipated release. I'm salivating to have this in my hands!

It's looking like SHOUT FACTORY is releasing "TREASURE OF THE FOUR CROWNS" although it will be a 2-D only and DVD not bluray and it's bundled with three other MGM titles. Due out this July.

That price is the standard price for non-CE Blu-Ray/DVD Combo packs. It does not necessarily mean it will be barebones. The Town That Dreaded Sundown, Ninja III: The Domination, Swamp Thing, The Horror Show, Saturn 3 were all released at this pricepoint. Ninja III was a little on the light side, but still had a commentary. The rest had at least a couple featurettes or interviews.
