FYI, you can go to any title, by searching the database, on this site, and check the price history, on Amazon, by mousing over the little graph icon.

How do you look at the price history at Amazon? Which graph?

You think that Ginger Snaps is 'meh' but you've got chicken feet over Pumpkinhead and Phantasm?

Not this again. Different tastes, man. You like Ginger Snaps. I don't. He doesn't. I also don't like Pumpkinhead.

That said... I do enjoy Bud the Chud. No lies.

I loved Ginger Snaps the two times I watched it in the last year, I preordered it with the poster like a nerd, and I would say it is my personal favorite movie out of everything Scream has ever released, but every time that guy makes a post mentioning its name a little part of me wants more and more to dislike it. I feel like I see 5 posts a day from that guy saying SOMETHING about it in some thread or another, usually complaining that it should not be region-locked or someone else should release it or that every other movie released by Scream/Arrow is bad. I'm starting to get some kind of knee-jerk negative feeling every time I see its title!

Yeah, I cancelled my pre-order because of that guy.

Huh? $14.48 + $3.99 shipping = $18.47, which really isn't that great a price at all. That's probably about the going rate.

Not on Amazon. First time I've seen that one for less than $18 without shipping.

That figures. I'm officially not buying any Shout releases for the first year until I'm sure Arrow won't be releasing a superior version. Why didn't Shout use a higher bitrate? I think they should always use the maximum bitrate on a bd50 so another company doesn't one up them everytime. Does it cost them that much more to use a bd50?

Because then they would have been forced to spring for a BD50. (Out of curiosity, what is the relative cost of pressing dual-layer BDs as opposed to single-layer ones?)

Discmakers quotes:

$2,490.00 for 1,000 replicated BD-25s
$4,490.00 for 1,000 replicated BD-50s

$5,500.00 for 5,000 replicated BD-25s
$15,500.00 for 5,000 replicated BD-50s

That Is some major differences, It's a shame, I do think it would be better if they did BD-50, then they could include more extras , But seriously I'm good with there releases and what they use, but maybe in the future they could use BD-50, if they get enough of our money
