It doesn't matter if a region A player can play it. It's not sold here and it's not region A made (US-Canada-Mexico) disc from a region A company so their discs are nothing. I don't expect other regions to buy from us and we buy from them because it's not right.

I had enough of that junk with other regions companies getting better discs than we did when DVD started. Like the Starman discs had bonus features elsewhere but not here and Sony US wonders why catalog Blu-Rays don't sell much.

On Facebook Scream confirm that they'll announce 'seven titles for sure' at SDCC, and 'maybe more'!

Can't wait to see what they are.

Let the speculation begin! I'll start with the remaining Phantasms.

I couldn't even begin to speculate as to what movies they will announce. I'm very interested in what everyone thinks they might have up their sleeve. I just hope one is Dolls or Scarecrows.

We should take this Warner Nightbreed situation for what it is... A fluke. They won't be doing anymore until Warner changes their policy. Their titles are NOT on the table.

As for the box set, they said on KillerPOV that a future boxset will include 1 FILM from Miramax, but not if it was a Scream or Shout Factory box set or not. So there's a chance this title is NOT even Horror.

• The Tales From The Crypt Presents: idea seems the most logical to me, and honstly one of the two only franchise-related possibilities that fit the bill. Ritual is Miramax, Demon Knight and Bordello of Blood are Universal. I would assume if that's the set it would be 2015 because of Scream's stance that they wouldn't be releasing any Universal titles for the rest of 2014. This option begs the question of why not incude the orginal Tales From The Crypt and the sequel/spin-off Vault of Horror? Idk.

• The Godzilla Triple pack idea fits the wording, as Miramax owns Godzilla Vs Biollante, but I don't see this happening. 1) it'd screw up the alread screwy order of Godzilla films on blu-ray, and 2) GVB is already out in a nice edition and who really wants to rebuy a so-so Godzilla sequel? Plus they've stated that they're not intrested in foreign horor, but that could change.

• We can also rule out a Howling Collection, as Echo Bridge has the rights to The Howling IV right now, not Miramax (and one of the titles are supposedly from Miramax, not EB) because it wasn't a Miramax title. So, even if Shout wanted it, they couldn't get it right now (plus I'd personally want Howling 7 and Howling 8 included, imo). Also, FYI Synapse didn't license Prom Night or Curtains from Echo Bridge, but rather from eOne Entertainment.

Remember, Echo Bridge's half of the Miramax catalogue is where Shout's pulling these titles from, since Echbo Bridge no longer has the rights to them. And the've officially said hey got 4 titles: Halloween 6 (both cuts), Halloween H20, Halloween: Resurrection, and a mystery title specifically for a box set. They may have gotten more but certainly have not suggested or confirmed so. At least not yet.

I would love it! Especially if it was due out in 2015. The 2nd half of this year is already killing my wallet.

I know. I meant a Curtains/Prom Night situation, where they can get the BD rights to part 4 by going to the licensor, who gave the DVD rights to Echo Bridge.

Also, perhaps the title they licensed wasn't for a Scream set. Perhaps, it was The Cool and the Crazy for a Ralph Bakshi set with Heavy Traffic, Coonskin, Fritz the Cat, and perhaps, as holdover from their Paramount deal, Cool World (which WB does not have).

I'd buy this too... I'm actually quite annoyed that Full Moon hasn't released another 3 movie volume in the puppet master lineup. I've picked up most everything they've released thus far, and was hoping/expecting more 3 movie sets to come. They weren't perfect buy any means but they were priced decent, had some fun extras and had a nice unified look to them.

Im going with the Fly II , some more MGM Midnite movie titles such as Food of the Gods, Empire of the Ants, Tentacles, Frogs , maybe even older such as
It The Terror From Beyond Space or the Brain that Wouldn't Die

It looks like my Godzilla theory has given some food for thought to seem of my peers on here -
I might actually go with the Godzilla set for a guess - Son of, Mechagodzilla and Biollante.

The Godzillas would be my highest wish but Phantasm and the Rift would also be great, but I just dont think its in the cards at the moment. Konga would be cool too come to think of it

You know what the problem is, we think big and we get Eve of Destruction level titles lol (apologies to fans of that film but I bet it bombed in sales)

88 Films mentioned a while back that HD masters were being worked on for Puppet Master 4 and 5, so we should see them on blu-ray sooner or later.

+1 on Scarecrows. Truly a gem in the rough of low budget 80's horror. Dolls has a UK release that I must say, looks quite good. Another great movie from the 80's. Exciting to see what Scream Factory will be unleashing next....

I'm also going to throw in my guess of The 'burbs. I imagine that's been highly requested (even moreso since Arrow's announcement that they're releasing it).

That's probably all the speculation I'll be doing. It's more fun reading other people's predictions.

The Puppet Master films 4-6 will wind up released by Full Moon at some point
The Burbs is with Universal so its not likely Scream will get it this year.
