I simply cannot follow the 'who has the rights to' and 'Scream already said no to' posts in this thread (maybe somebody could type up something definitive?), but here are my hopes:

John Carpenter's Vampires (they've already done so many Carpenter films)

any of these announced would cause me to celebrate

"Child's Play" 2&3 might be a decent shout. Did'nt Cliff say they could have done them but heard there was the boxset coming out so decided against it only for them to be bare? Think he said they may revisit them but i'd think they may wait a year or 2 yet. Hope they do them eventually.

Come on Scream Factory...supply the demand.
I don't want to have to rely on my bootleg DVD of FN II anymore.

Only additional request I'd make would be that the slipcover be the original art, rather than a re-envisioning.
Because this on a slipcover....would be the kitties titties.

Between 7-8pm PDT, which should be about 10-11 on the east coast, and for those of us in the UK 3-4 in the morning. As excited as I am I don't really fancy staying up that late...I'll probably just get up early instead.

Wait I'm wrong with the east coast times...it's only 3 hours ahead, so between 10-11pm. I was thinking of the 5-hour difference between the UK and EDT for some reason.

My predictions. Not all necessarily what I want (I have no interested in the Sleepaway Camp sequels or New Year's Evil, for example), just what I can see them announcing:

1) Phantasm
2) Phantasm 3
3) Phantasm 4
4) Sleepaway Camp 2
5) Sleepaway Camp 3
6) Dolls
7) Scarecrows
8) Escape from New York
9) Raw Meat
10) New Year's Evil

Sneaky punts: Candyman (marking a new deal with Sony), The Ninth Configuration and Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker
