I made the EFNY cover back in March as a custom cover, I've been working on several Carpenter covers to match the official Scream releases of his other films. The original was just for the Blu-Ray, the 3 disc was for someone who requested a cover that would allow him to combine the special edition dvd release in one case. The original has been available to download at hirescovers since March.

The cover doesn't list Scream Factory because at the time of design Scream had not announced EFNY, and I never thought it was a title MGM would have licensed out.So this certainly was not created to fool anyone.

It's not fake, it's just not official and never was intended to be used as such.
I didn't think it was official, but man you did an awesome job! I might be in touch, if it's possible to obtain a copy, to use on my original MGM BD.

<off topic> the mrs went to walmart to buy game of thrones bd sets, and when we got to the checkout, the cashier asked us if we wanted to purchase the 2 year service agreement for the movies. mrs. declined the offer, and the whole way home we were like "oh noes, what happens if in a year, when the discs get scrathed sitting in the case, sitting on our shelves, completely out of reach of pets, children, demons, and gnomes to tamper with. we made the biggest mistake ever.

anyone else have been asked this? why in the sam hades would a movie even be considered to, much less ACTUALLY, fall under any sort of service agreement? the weirdest thing ever.

kinda makes you wonder with sorry suckers may have actually signed up.</off topic>

Wish that Scream would do a release for Slither. The Canadian BD is going for crazy money on eBay.

I've seen the first four films in The Vincent Price Collection, and I'm really loving this set so far. Scream Factory has outdone themselves.

The Vincent Price introductions and afterwords got me thinking about something...

I doubt that this would ever happen, but I would love to see Scream Factory release a box set of Stephen King film adaptations that were scripted by the author, along with introductions and afterwords from King himself.

Imagine how awesome it would be to see Stephen King introduce Scream Factory Blu-rays of Creepshow, Cat's Eye, Maximum Overdrive, Pet Sematary, and Sleepwalkers.

Can I get a witness?

That would be very cool. Seems right up their alley too.

It is and has been mentioned several times, including having its own thread on the forums.

New member here, so I hope this is the appropriate place to share.

I, for one, am ecstatic for Phantom of the Opera. When I was younger, my parents even bought me the VHS from the video store because I was renting it so much.

I actually worked at an event where Robert Englund was doing a signing and, in speaking to him briefly, he seemed very proud of this film.

I was fairly happy with the MGM DVD and have the UK Blu-ray rip on my hard drive but I've always wanted a new transfer and cover art. I made my own awhile ago but look forward to see what Scream can give us.

I was most happy when this and candyman 2 were announced, I think its an underappreciated film that will work well on the Scream Lineup. Your cover turned out really good, but I really like the theatrical artwork and hope its used for the cover of the Blu ray.

Do you think by the time Scream Factory releases are over (All good things must come to an end) all of the most requested titles such as Fright Night 2 and Sleepaway Camp sequels will be released by them?

Its sold for $75 US recently. But I also see copies selling for less, $35. But they must get picked up quick because I never see them. Also $175 on Amazon.

I want it for $20 with an amazing slip cover new transfer and special features. Please Scream, this title is perfect for you guys.

I hope they've secretly got the rights to Dance Macabre and will include it on the Phantom of the Opera disc in SD. But that's just wishful thinking.

My ultimate Scream Factory wish (and believe me, this is a pipe dream) would be:

THE STEPHEN KING COLLECTION Vol. 1
-Carrie
-'Salem's Lot
-The Shining
-Creepshow
-The Dead Zone

Each movie would be a special edition, with Stephen King commentary, and newly commissioned artwork.

And from there, further boxed sets containing other notable Stephen King adaptions and originals would follow: Volume 2 (Cujo, Christine, Children of the Corn, Firestarter, Cats Eye), Vol. 3 (Silver Bullet, Maximum Overdrive, Stand by Me, The Running Man, Pet Sematary), and Vol. 4 (Misery, Sleepwalkers, The Dark Half, Needful Things, Shawshank Redemption)... and so on.

Yes, so unlikely as to be impossible, but I can dream...
