These are the only ones that could possibly be released by Shout/Scream Factory.

I wonder if we'll ever see William Friedkin's Rampage. It was never even released on DVD.

I really want to pull the trigger on the Vincent Price collection, but I would be so pissed if it goes on sale in the next week or two with Scream Factory's sale

If "The Dead Next Door" can get a remastered Blu Ray release from the Super 8 film I see no reason at all why SPM 2 & 3 aren't possible as well. Hopefully this is a soft no and something to surprise us with in 2016 as has been done many times before as I seem to remember them saying the same thing about the 1st film.
Sorry this is belated, but don't really keep up with this thread (too many wishlists to sift through).

In terms of remastering the sequels, I believe the big issue was with 3. They have film elements for 2 and 3, so technically they can do HD transfers for them. However, their source for part 3 is the R-rated cut only (which is why the DVD collection has the same fullscreen Unrated version from the previous DVD release).

At least this is what they said when the DVD collection was originally released, addressing why the third movie was fullscreen while the other two were nice new widescreen transfers.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing the info! It's been about 2 years since I last watched the trilogy DVD's so I'd forgotten how they were even presented. Hopefully a print of the uncut version exists somewhere, possibly owned by a collector, so that these are a possibility in the future. If it came to it, I'd even take upscaled scenes of the missing footage reinserted into the R rated cut if thats the only option (similar to Silent Night Deadly Night). Hopefully that won't be necessary however.

You can order them both from Amazon.ca. Squirm is only $25 + $3.50 for shipping at the moment, Dog Soldiers is a little pricey at $35, but if you wait I'm sure it will go down. You can also order Ginger Snaps ($26) and the Scanners double feature ($23 + 3.50 for shipping).

With how low our dollar is right now, this is probably your best option and will save you the shipping costs.

Avoid getting it from ImportCds. Their packaging is awful. It is literally two plastic sheets stuck together with the blu-ray in the middle and thats how they ship them out.

Amazon.ca does sell DOG SOLDIERS. It's a hard to swallow $35.87CDN but you get free shipping. That's less than $28.00US so take that into account if you decide to order from the U.S.
ImportCDs came off as a douchebaggy group. They were refusing to refund my money when the 1st copy of Squirm didn't arrive. Had to get amazon.ca involved to force the fund reversal. So no dice there. Dog Soldiers' price is far too steep...

What's their shipping cost? That's what typically kills it when ordering from the USA. With board members its a little different, but online stores truly screw Canadians over with shipping. This is why I haven't ordered anything from the US aside from ebay or this board in over 3 years.

Can you not order them from Amazon.com? It appears Squirm and Dog Soldiers would come out to $46.66 USD or $59.41 CAD shipped.

I want Virus and Village of the Damned from Shout I wonder if they still have a few more titles yet to announce from the Universal deal

Actually, the total would be $68.27CAD, just attempted on their site. Ship cost, import fee (which isn't always refunded) and exchange rate make it a tad steep. I may just wait to find them on ebay or on the trading forum here. I've paid more for Blurays in the past, but as of late refuse to pay bloated prices/shipping haha.

Be that as it may, I've ordered from them at least 20 times, and have never had a problem...not once. No damaged or missing items. Quick shipping and great prices.

Shipping for blu-rays is $8.00 for the first title + $1.50 for each additional title. So for 2 titles it will be $9.50. Works out to $53.xx shipped for the 2 titles.
