They're ruled out Slither for this year at least, so there will probably need to be another deal with Universal for that to happen, if they're willing to licence it at all.

If you have NetFlix, I believe they are adding it to streaming on May 17th if you want to try before you buy.
I thought it started off strong, but goes off the rails in episode 6 and never recovers. It's not a terrible NetFlix watch, but not sure if I'd recommend a blind-buy. I'd highly recommend the vastly superior Harper's Island over this one though. |

I'd say SLITHER is a sure bet. It gets as many requests as PSYCHO IV. One Universal -controlled film I'd like SF to tackle is SESSION 9. Also wouldn't mind 1984's Iceman and the Burt Reynolds crime thriller Stick.

Now can they answer this fan's request for Shock Treatment, the Rocky Horror sequel?
![]() And National Lampoon's Class Reunion. ![]() EDIT: I just ran into an incredibly fascinating article about Shock Treatment's fandom and upcoming anniversary on facebook, if anyone wants to read it. Last edited by redrunner97; 04-28-2016 at 03:19 AM. |

Morgan Creek is apparently working on a Director's Cut release.
http://bloody-disgusting.com/news/33...ng-to-blu-ray/ As for Virus, you can import the region free release from Germany. ![]() |

I just purchased the 4th film earlier this week on DVD to complete the series, so now would be the perfect time. Sadly the franchise is with Lionsgate so it's unlikely we'll ever see it on Blu Ray.

I've been holding off on getting the DVDs in hope for a blu ray release or maybe even a box set similar to what they did with the Leprechaun.

Yeah I've had the first 3 films on DVD for over a decade but stumbled across a brand new copy of part 4 this week for $4 and thought what the hell and picked it up (along with Wayne's World on Blu Ray for $4). When the Leprechaun set came out a few years back I thought maybe Lionsgate had reconsidered their stance on the horror franchises they owned and that we'd see a Wishmaster set as well in the not too distant future, however given the fact they've done nothing since the Leprechaun set I'm back to assuming they just don't give a damn.

I think they did the Leprechaun set because of the release of Origins. Trying to keep the franchise alive for a reboot down the road maybe? Either way, I scooped this one up real quick when they released it! These movies are too entertaining.
