We're all hoping, since WB is doing nothing with it.

Its gonna sound silly, considering its a slasher sequel, but I couldn't get invested in any of the characters. The comedy it attempted failed, and, perhaps the film's worst crime, it wasted Gerrit Graham (which is also an issue I have with Chopping Mall). I don't know why I didn't like it, but I just didn't.

fair enough.... I enjoyed the funhouse finale and I guess I did invest in at least one character
[Show spoiler]because I was disappointed that Jenny Agutter got killed
.

Child's Play movies are an odd series because some of them play well as horror flicks and some are strong as flat out comedies. Given that range, I found much enjoyment in the entire series.

I do think (and I'm still shocked that I'm saying this) that the last, direct to video sequel, is the most effective at being a straight horror film...

Funhouse finale was the third. The second was in the Good Guy factory.

The three titles that I am most hoping that Scream Factory will acquire are
Savoy titles that are now with Universal...
Tales From the Hood
No Escape
Dr. Jeckyl and Ms. Hyde
They got really sub par 4x3 lbx dvd releases or full frame releases and could use at the very least a 16:9 upgrade. A new master on a bluray would really help these titles shine.

There are other good Savoy titles that would work under the Shout banner but probably would not make much sense under the Scream Factory line such as

Lightning Jack
Exit to Eden
Steal Big Steal Little
Last of the Dogmen
White Man's Burden

All are great films that are currently neglected at Universal. It would be nice if they could be licensed.

Or does Scream have any really good sales lol Thanks.
eBay is your best bet because you'll know whether you're getting the slipcase/sealed etc. Amazon "new" is more of a gamble. I recently got Halloween III with slipcase, brand new, for $20. Amazon has it for $18.99 and I highly doubt it comes with the slip.

Also got The Final Terror brand new for $15 on eBay, it's a bit more on Amazon.

The Hidden really should be on Blu and Scream Factory would be the ideal ones to do it.

Didn't see this mentioned anywhere.... Posted a few days ago on Facebook. Scream Factory's first Original Property/Film is getting a sneak peak June 3rd. Sometimes these sneak peaks turn into the only way/time to ever see the film so it's worth DVR'ing or tuning in if you can. Chilling Visions: 5 States of Fear has still not seen release on any format since it's airing in 2014 on Chiller, so who knows what will happen to this following June 3rd.

**Sneak Peek at FENDER BENDER--Our First Original Film!**
Back in October we announced that we were producing our own original thriller called FENDER BENDER. Today we are extremely proud and excited to share with you our progress and more details!
FENDER BENDER will be premiering on the Chiller network June 3rd at 9PM ET. If you’re a fan of the old-school slasher films from the 80s (which you know we are as we carry a lot of them) then we’re pretty confident this will be right up your nightmare-filled dark alley.
Plot: In a small New Mexico town, a 17-year-old high school girl who just got her driver's license gets into her first fender bender, innocently exchanging her personal information with an apologetic stranger. Later that stormy night, she is joined in her desolate suburban home by a couple of her school friends who try their best to make a night out of it, only to be visited by the stranger she so willingly handed all of her information to -- a terrifying and bizarre serial killer who stalks the country's endless miles of roads and streets with his old rusty car, hungrily searching for his next unsuspecting victim.
Written and Directed by Mark Pavia (Stephen King’s The Night Flier), the movie stars Makenzie Vega (The Good Wife), Dre Davis (Pretty Little Liars, Scavenger Killers), Cassidy Freeman (Smallville, Longmire) and Bill Sage (American Psycho, We Are What We Are).
Check out the first teaser spot @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLUP...ature=youtu.be
For all future updates check out the official Facebook Page at Fender Bender, Twiitter @ https://twitter.com/Fenderfilm and the official site @ http://fenderbenderfilm.com/
We'll also give regular updates here throughout the month of May leading up to broadcast.

I'm digging the new films...don't get me wrong love the classics but they are bringing some interesting new films as well. Looking forward to seeing this and Funhouse Massacre.

Received an amazon order that included Slumber Party Massacre, a blind purchase, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Definitely in my upper-tier for 80's slashers, the actresses were great. I slightly prefer House on Sorority Row, but both are underrated gems.

Ahh gotcha and thanks, I never heard of that until I just researched it but though he meant senses . Maybe Scream will never pick it up and release it.

Heads-up for fellow Canucks. A ton of Scream Factory titles dropped to the $16.50 to $17.99 range over the weekend.

Here's what I picked up but there's plenty more on sale.

Heh, I don't expect any slipcovers. That's a small price to pay to save $13.50 on some of these movies though.

Hell, I willfully bought The Day of the Dead without a slipcover for $25 last week. I'm crazy like that.
