Assuming you have no version whatsoever of it already, Day of the Dead probably. I think many people who don't have this version already have the DVD or the AB Blu-ray already though. EFNY or The Howling are close seconds with the previous qualifier (apparently many people think the first blu-ray of EFNY was better).

The terrible thing is that I cannot buy ANY titles from this sale. I'm saving up for the Barnes and Noble Criterion sale in July, and I need at least 370 Australian Dollars to purchase what I want from the sale, so I have to be VERY money-strict. (I get $15 a week for pocket money, and I'm up to $314 right now.)

Similar sale started on amazon.ca last week (although a couple dollars higher per title). I got Lake Placid, Monkey Shines, Evilspeak, From Beyond and the Howling.

B&N will have another Criterion sale in November like they always do.

How's the PQ on the Fog? I remember there being some complaints when it came out (too dark or too light, or too whatever!).

I'm glad I got in on the sale when I did. All of my titles shipped this morning. Now, Lifeforce and Night of the Demons are showing as temporarily out of stock.

I think it's fantastic. People who complained are just used to the inferior versions that have been out on VHS and DVD over the years. SF brought in Dean Cundey to oversee the transfer. I'm going with the DP's approved version over what fans want from previous versions. Just my thoughts.

Yay for the SF sale. I don't have any money (just bought the stupid Demons LE from Synapse) but my credit card is going to take this hit since it's so damn rare.

Did Pumpkinhead arrive with a slipcover? It seems that a lot of the titles have gone temporarily back up in price..

EDIT: was at amazon.com and a lot of the titles were back up to 29.99 but it must have been a glitch since they are still low on this site.

When Amazon runs out of something, they push a third party seller's listing to the top. That's where all of the high prices are coming from.

Just find where Amazon is the seller to get the sale price.

My guess is that those titles that went temporarily out of stock, don't get if you really want a slipcover. Because whenever they do get in stock again they might not have them with slip covers. The ones they had in their warehouses or wherever they keep their stuff might have had them since they were just sitting there but after this sale they might all go. (The ones with slipcover a that is)

Sadly I have or don't want the movies that are on sale right now. I know it's still really new but I wish Serpent and the Rainbow was one of them.
