I was thinking that, but it would be a little obvious in light of that thread no?

Some research suggests that TIFF completed a new restoration of Dead Ringers not too long ago. I've no idea if Scream would have access to this of course, but someone might.

I think a Scream Factory edition of An American Werewolf in London is inevitable.

What decade is it from if I could ask?

Id be willing to bet Criterion reacquired that title!

And to think that I avoided posting a decade just to make guessing more tricky...

I'm kind of surprised to see that Dead Ringers is coming to Scream (I thought that Criterion would have nabbed it because it's a Cronenberg) but Morgan Creek is more likely to deal with Scream/Shout than Criterion.

Criterion also had a bunch of special features on their old DVD of it that will probably be lost now. Oh well. I'm just glad someone that cares about stacked releases is putting it out.

Dead Ringers is great news. I just hope that SF treats it right.

The Fry's in my area (Downer's Grove, Chicago burbs) still has a bunch of Psycho 2 and 3 in stock with slipcovers. That's where I got mine

Anyone know if Shout/Scream have confirmed their presence at SDCC this year?

Finally watched Pumpkinhead last night (my first and only Scream Factory blu so far). Great performances, and great creature effects. I loved how they built up the relationship between father and son in the first part of the movie. Also, it was refreshing that the movie wasn't bloodthirsty about revenge, and had a good sense of morality. Will be watching it again soon.

I hate reading things like this with no explanation, what is the problem with releasing Rabid & Shivers in this country?

Lionsgate has them and they do not license, period. They very, very rarely release anything themselves, either. Unless there's a major change in the way that company does business, imports will be the only way to get them.
