Oh ok that's good to hear. I just wish there was a way to rent it. I guess I really don't have a choice anyways since there'll probably never be another version so I might as well just buy it.

I didn't notice this when I watched Body Bags. I'll go back in and check it for you. I feel like I would have noticed this, I used to record voice over work for a few years and that type of stuff would bother me.

. Thanks! I'm not sure how many audio tracks are on the blu ray if it features both the 5.1 and 2.0 or which one has the issue. I noticed it a lot in the first story and second story.

I haven't seen it so, how is Poltergeist III different from from other mainstream horror at the time and how does it compare it to Italo-horror?

Edit: About Scream re-releasing popular titles, I personally prefer discovering obscure titles and I get bored when I am overexposed to something.

Hey Scream Factory,

If you are reading this, I'd just like to put a recommendation for the movie Cheerleader Camp '87. The one that Paramount distributed in the 80's; the one that Anchor Bay released in 2004 on DVD.

I was watching this tonight again for the first time in many years. Fun movie. Sick in a few scenes, but fun. Would love it on a Bluray.

I did a brief scan of the first story last night and didn't notice any issues. One scene in particular was when the killer answers the phone, he has a few words that start with S and they all sounded fine. I checked both the 5.1 and 2.0 tracks. If I have time tonight I'll check the second story.

The Shocktober sale was a super bummer but I cant remember for the life of me if Scream does a black friday sale? And if they do is it more a standard site wide sale? A few examples like Army of Darkness, Lord of Illusions, Pumpkinhead II and the Tales From the Crypt/Vault of Horror double would have a better chance of being included?

I have like 10 titles Im wanting to pick up and only Funhouse was included in the Shocktober sale.

Scream has always released higher profile titles, just as they have obscure titles. Both have obviously sold well for them in the past, it's the sudden desire from many people to clamor for rerelease after rerelease that's troubling. A healthy mix of both, like they've done for a while, is the best thing.

There was a time I was hoping Shout would license more obscure stuff but then I realized Code Red and other labels have that market well covered. Then after Shout stepped their game up and started doing new 2K scans of the more popular horror titles I've realized I want MORE of that from them. I'm now totally OK if Shout wants to pass up lesser known films and focus on bringing more releases like Carrie to market - as long as they make the same kind of effort. Of course, Shout won't completely abandon the Z grade movies so there's no real need to worry

Black Christmas is $20.33 on Amazon right now which seems very cheap for a Collector's Edition. Even though I already ordered from Scream Factory, if I hadn't I would have definitely preordered with Amazon's lowest preorder price guarantee.

If I'm preordering these, I'll get them from Shout! because I sell the posters. Offsets the cost of the blu-rays for me.

If you pair Black Christmas with Dreamscape or another CE coming out, you're looking at the best possible deal as pretty much every Scream Factory CE is $17.97 @ Bull Moose. Plus there's no tax

Yeah as much as places like Bullmoose etc are nice, it's either direct from Scream or Amazon for me because prime = $0 and two days, while SF means 2 weeks early/poster.
