...as does Code Red DVD, though I think Kino and Code Red have already announced all the titles they've licensed from Lakeshore.

Does Shout Facotry have dealings with Studio Canal? I'm asking because one of my dream Shout releases is Radioactive Dreams (De Laurentiis Entertainment), and it appears to be owned/controlled by Studio Canal these days. But so is Escape from New York(Embassy Pictures), if I'm reading these wiki pages correctly, And I know Shout put out an Escape from New Yorkr release. So maybe someday?

MGM has Escape from New York and the same with The Fog. Someone else who knows more than me can fill you in on legal stuff that happened during different years of the company to where some went one studio while some went to others.

The Angry Red Planet, The Four Skulls of Jonathan Drake, and The Evictors arrived in the mail today.

I'm going to take a short break from horror movies, and enjoy a non-horror weekend, since I've been watching a ton of horror lately. After I watch Vision Quest, Ghost World, and a few other non-genre flicks, I'll delve into these.

Of course, The Angry Red Planet does not quite strike me as horror, so I might jump into it during this fray.

Just saw this, very cool and unexpected. Is the Animated series being released as part of the Scream Factory line or a regular Shout Factory release?

Release date is September 5th, 2017 for those who are interested. Pre-order link is up on Amazon as well.

It's not part of the Scream line.

Since its been brought up if SF are going to release special editions to Child's Play 2 and 3 Im watching the Universal discs right now and they really look great. If Scream does do it Im gonna keep the Universal discs for comparisons. The transfers really are solid. Hopefully Scream will equal or possibly outdo them if they do release special editions. They sure did with the first Child's Play. That transfer is terrific

Arrow released it on DVD, so they're the likeliest to release it on Blu.

The transfers will be more or less identical. What will sell Scream Factory editions are the tv cuts, deleted footage, commentaries, press kit materials, and likely some Red Shirt Documentary stuff.

...and of course a slip cover.

Forget that. They need to release A complete set of the "Are You Afraid Of The Dark?" Series.

Hey Scream Factory,

How about a Double Feature Blu-ray of And Soon the Darkness (1970) and And Soon the Darkness (2010).

Fun movies, beautiful women, classic horror, etc.

EDIT: I didn't realize that the 2010 movie has its own Blu-ray. A Double Feature would still be pleasant, but at least get the 1970 film out to us.

Ah, though for a big sale I would think they would get the word out more. And I hate surprises

I'd love a Blu of And Soon the Darkness. It's one of the best suspense movies of all time, in my opinion.
