I've never ordered directly from Shout! Factory. Can someone here tell me how they pack and ships multiple items? I'm thinking about ordering from 14-16 Blu-rays from them and I really don't like it when discs are not securely fastened inside boxes and the rattle around.

Mine were thrown in a oversized box with no padding and bouncing around everywhere. Crazy that none of the slips were beat up. Always been disappointed in Shout Factory packaging care. I wouldn't let it hold you back from saving some money during the sales!

I've never gotten a damaged slip from Shout. Creases in the plastic may be unavoidable.

I purchased 5 films from them, they came in a slightly larger box and had lots of packing paper around them. They moved but not enough to damage anything. It's better than 90% of the packaging I receive from Amazon.

I'm still to this day baffled by the High Spirits/Vampire's Kiss double feature. One is wacky ghost shenanigans movie. The other is a character study with some laughable moments that also features a brutally serious rape scene.

I received shipping confirmation with a tracking number. When did you place an order? A lot of the blurays went into a "backorder" status that said available July 7th, so if you order when it went to that you may be waiting a few more weeks before it ships. I placed my order the first day of the sale and had my package by the end of the week.

I ultimately decided to pass on the sale. I'd always get to the cart and could never press the checkout button.

I briefly considered grabbing that Larry Fessenden set during Shout's sale but changed my mind. Everything else I needed I pretty much picked up on day 1. Sales are great, though, for folks on a limited budget.

Finally Scream has a PROPER, ACTUAL sale, that provided actual value. Been waiting for this for ages. And you can see in deals forum the 400+ replies about this sale, and when you added things to cart over the last week, a lot of stuff isn't shipping till nearly a month from now as their stocks must've been really low, and I kept seeing this message for more and more titles throughout the week.

Imagine that, cut the prices of 3-5 year old titles to actually sell, and they sell! Maybe they learned now and will do this more often.

Going to skip on making another purchase. I am hoping that Scream had a lot of success with this sale and considers doing a similar sale annually in the future. Right now my collection is bursting at the seams (even though my 2nd Scream purchase was mostly going to be upgrades) and I need to get rid of some of my DVDs.

Do Scream produce more copies if their stock runs out? Or do they get a singular pressing? I'm curious how close some titles are to selling out, if at all. Out of stock until July 7th has me wondering how they handle stock.
