It could be the case, but the latest incarnation I have seen was an HD streaming scan with MGM's logo, not the usual Trimark Pictures (now LG), and I have seen this being reissued by LG on DVD or other formats, I am thinking they lost the rights and are now with MGM. (I do know also that MGM has foreign distribution rights for it)

I wonder if Scream will announce beforehand exactly how many titles they're announcing. I know they said 8 a couple of weeks back but they did say it might be more if they can agree more deals in the interim.

I though currently with the Canadian Company who owns the first one and that Synapse had access to it, but am not 100% sure.
