And there is an entertaining commentary on E2 with Mario Van Peebles and co-director Mark Buntzman.
Any bonus features on dvd boxsets like this is such a plus as so many go barebones. Shout Factory puts the passion back in home releases! Hope other companies pay attention ::cough echo bridge cough::

Can't wait to get my hands on that Action 4-Pack. Love these sets. My favorite (so far) is THE EVIL/TWICE DEAD. Such fun movies.

Cliff is there any chance of getting further Action 4-Packs containing MGM titles? I'd love one with Enemy Territory, Rolling Vengeance, The Taking of Beverly Hills and another title, such as Sonny Boy. Don't know if you might be able to release some of these on Blu-ray - if you even have them of course.

That would be a pretty cool set. Shout factory titles are quickly becoming Criterion quality! I love it.

And 'The Crow: City of Angels'. Pay-per-view cut.

Just wondering if that Mgm deal possible included some of these:

Prom Night 2
Needful Things
Motel Hell
Candyman 2
Phantom of the Opera (1988)
New Year's Evil

And IF the rumors are true:

Sleepaway Camp 2: Unhappy Campers
Sleepaway Camp 3: Teenage Wasteland

Awesome to hear, Cliff! MGM sci-fi flicks by any chance or a mash up of different ones?

Apologies if it's already been answered, but have you guys ever looked into getting the Psycho sequels? Or the producer's cut to Halloween 6?

The "Sword & Sorcery" 4-Pack was a really fun 2-DVD set from the Roger Corman's Cult Classics line. It had "Deathstalker", "Deathstalker II", "Barbarian Queen" and "The Warrior and the Sorceress". A fun, cheesy collection of flicks!

While not Blu-ray, here are some more DVD collection sets that Shout put out sometime ago. Some really good bang for your bucks type sets that pack a lot of late night fun. The "Vampires, Mummies and Monsters" collection is a personal favorite of mine.

Thanks for the response Cliff. I'm taking it as a positive that you didn't shoot any of my suggested titles down...

OMG, what I'd give to have that on blu-ray! I might have to pick that up, even though I already have Sword and the Sorcerer. It would go great with Hawk the Slayer!
Thank you for posting that, and the other...which are fantastic!

Not a problem! These collections are great, I think most people are accustomed to dismissing collections like this because budget labels like Echo Bridge and Mill Creek have really tainted the idea of them. But, Shout is really giving you some real quality and effort in releases like this. I hope more people give them a shot because there definitely worth the time.
