We can't release everything. We have enough films to last us through first quarter 2014.
What softens the blow is that I know there are plenty of other movie you'll be releasing and have already released that I love, and never thought would be getting such great treatment.

And who knows maybe one day you'll circle back around and pick up the ones you missed the first time.

Keep up the great work Cliff!

Does Warner Bros still own It? I'd love to see it get a blu-ray release.

No need for that...it is an excellent movie. You can save the guilty pleasure credits for another title

That is a shame. I would imagine that it'd sell well. Like I know you hate "Deadly Blessing", but others like it. Same goes for Mary Lou...

In the words of Jo Dirt "its not what you like, its the consumer..."

I'd have to disagree with you. I don't think Prom Night II will sell well. Deadly Blessing has never been on DVD. Prom Night II has.

I don't know if it would be this year or ever, but I'd like see the the Corman Poes in a box set. That would be great.

Shout/Scream factory has my vote as the top distributor. I know many regard Criterion highly and I do not take anything away from them. However, Shout/Scream is more suited to my tastes and put out just as high quality a product.

I plan to own every Scream title release. Of course my wife will not be happy with the dent that's going to put in my account. LOL

Majority of the Corman-Poe films were snagged by TGG (The Gaff Group), so Shout couldn't have gotten it. There we're like 2 they didn't get.
They also got almost all the Price films too, and a lot of that era MGM horror.
Like "Theater of Blood" and "From a Whisper to a Scream".

Cliff did say in an interview with 40oz of Horror that he did get "a couple" Vincent Price flicks, so that good. Its just a question of which one(s).

I might be biased because I like it, but if you did it as a blu-ray from Shout Select it might be most cost-efficient. I'd just be glad to see it on the format. And I thought it was a pretty popular film. It gets a little tiring, but overall I love it. Almost as much as the original...

Agreed. Horror is easily my favorite genre, so these releases are great for me.
