Upgrading an existing Scream Blu-ray release is certainly a new development. I'm not sure why they came out of the bat with this one in particular. I know it supposedly sold well for them but I'd be surprised if many were that interested in double-dipping, even at the lower than usual CE RRP.
That Artwork is AWESOME ! I'm picking this one up for sure !

Junk...and waste of time and resources. Even if it turned into a good seller why bother when so many others would sell better and have not been released prior.

Correct. I forget the exact original response, but it was in regard to a question about whether they would ever acquire Enter the Ninja and Revenge of the Ninja (this was still before Kino released them in 2015). Scream's response was that they weren't sure now because Ninja III wasn't the big seller they had hoped it would be.

Any confirmation about which version of Fangs of the Living Dead is on Scream Factory's new Blu-ray?

Dear Shout Factory,

Please triple check the audio sync on the new remaster of Ninja III The Domination.

The original release was 160ms out of sync (on both the Blu-ray and DVD).

Apparently no one cared but me.

We don't want an angry mysterious black ninja coming after you the next time you go golfing.

Sincerely,

The most giant can of V8 juice ever

Was there some sort of deal or licensing between Warner and SF?

I love a good Cannon movie... but Ninja 3 is awful by any standards.

I revisited it just last week when it was on (HD)TV here and it was even worse than I remembered.

Man that new artwork for Ninja III The Domination is awesome! Its funny how the artist, Joel Robinson is so hit and miss when it comes to the commissioned covers.

On one hand you have colourful and vibrant cover of Silent Night Deadly Night and on the other you get that tacky looking cut outs of characters that is Behind The Mask.

If we get collector's editions of In the Mouth of Madness, Creepshow, The Lost Boys, or Xtro, I'm down.

I doubt they're finished yet, they haven't even announced a Shout Select title yet, I'd expect at least one. And one retro Scream title for the month would be quite unlike them, I imagine they'd come out and inform us that June would be a lean month in that case, given that they said something similar when Bedtime Stories was the only title for February 2017.

After a bunch of double dip complaints on Facebook, Red Shirt Pictures' Michael Felsher said, "Guys, you have no idea what's coming."

People are seriously complaining about a single double-dip - on a 5-year-old release whose double-dip has a new 4K transfer in addition to all of the new extras - out of, what, 350 titles?

Normally I'd agree but Michael Felsher doesn't make stuff up. That tease is as exciting as it gets.

Guys, Arrow, Scorpion, Code Red are all doing the same thing. RELAX. Who the f*ck cares. Don't buy it. For some one like me who never picked up the original release I may pick this one up with the scan.
