Target just shipped my Assault on Precinct 13 and Prince of Darkness steelbooks earlier today.

Still waiting for them to ship Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon.

Well they did say June is going to be a light month but they would make up for it later. I think everyone's waiting/hoping for an announcement of one of the bigger WB movies.

We should find out the July titles towards the end of next week or the first week of April. They always announce at the end of each month for 3 months out, beginning of March we got the June announcements.

I'm new to Naschy and have been working my way through the SF Naschy collections. Any one know why SF released some of these in 4:3? In particular The Werewolf & the Yeti? Other sources say the film was shot in 1:85:1. Just curious.

I believe that Scream was only able to release what was given to them by the rights holders.

Critters 1 and 2 in their own collector's editions be cool since 2 is just as loved as the original mainly for more action, gore, more thrills, emotion, laughs, the ball of critters and that hot blonde playboy model bounty hunter alien beauty that some guys dug as much as the ladies dug Ug the rock singer bounty hunter.

I mean Critters 1 and 2 with 2K or 4K restorations plus commentaries, deleted scenes with commentary options, extended Critters 2 TV cut with deleted scenes restored in them that was shown in the 90s on syndicated TV, interviews, featurettes, poster and still gallery and all. Plus standalone releases of both films with the others be nice and a boxset as well.

This might be announced this summer at the major comic con.

All I know is that Sorority House Massacre II and Hard To Die better be coming later this year or in early 2019 followed shortly thereafter by Munchies.

There is the deleted Prologue for Cat's Eye that was taken out after test screenings. A mother uses a machine gun to get the cat who as we know gets away to do the rest of the film.

I would definitely be in for Demolition Man CE. I saw it in theaters.

That's the way the owners of the films did the transfers. They were the same way on the DVD releases 10 or so years ago. Arrow tried to get the films and wanted to do new scans, but the owners refused Arrows request to do new transfers so they passed on them. So Scream got them and it was release them as-is or not at all. I'm glad they released them, I'm very happy with them.

The Guyver 1 & 2 Collector's Editions.
The Guyver was released a year or so ago by Arrow. It's region free and a great release.

I've enjoyed every film so far, just wondering why some weren't in the correct OAR. Bummer the owner did that but it is what it is until we get something better in the future.

Indeed, I don't regret my purchase at all. It's the international cut however that has a few more scenes than the US version.

But I would love Guyver 2.

Considering the film is with Warner in the US they haven't been able to get it, at least not until now...

I know it’s not on top of everyone’s WB wishlist, but I’d be down for a Collector’s Edition of Deep Blue Sea or Sphere.
