or Sony is planning their own dual release (UHD & BD) this fall. Just because Scream Factory has a deal with Sony doesn't automatically mean that Sony won't continue to release horror titles of their own. I'm very curious to see if this isn't handled the same way that 976-Evil was.

Yea SF has been known to say they don't have a title only to release it later on. Candyman would definitely be a huge acquisition for them & they may want to keep things under wraps for now.

Now for the ideal Cobra 2-disc CE idea besides retrospective featurette, behind the scenes, commentaries, trailers, TV spots, poster and still gallery etc. i'd love to see it as a 2-disc set with theatrical cut in new 2K or 4K restoration and director's cut version from the workprint. |

I never view poster/still galleries but I like having the trailers and TV spots. Always felt they should be included by default.

Same. I don't look at poster & still galleries but always watch the trailers & TV spots after the film if they're available on the disc.

I don’t really hold supplemental content highly anymore, just give me a disc that isn’t faulty with excellent video (a brand new scan or higher bitrate/better compression of an old scan, honestly I wouldn’t be terribly picky) and audio. It’s unfortunate but that’s what it’s turned into for me. It seems like getting everything is just so difficult for some of these labels.

Nope. And I only call it like I see it. Lots of non-industry people posting misinformation pretending they “know,” and it’s pretty hilarious. But thanks for being such a fan!

Lol, I'm the exact opposite. I enjoy the poster galleries more than the trailers/TV spots. I tend to try and check out everything on a disc as far as special features go, but if I do decide to skip over something, it's usually the trailer(s).

Scream Factory did it again with a great trilogy set of It's Alive, great 2K restorations with nice coloring and all and extras to satisfy Cohen fans like myself. |

Posters/Still Galleries rate very very low for me but I appreciate their inclusion. A release without the official trailer also in HD though just feels incomplete to me. Tv spots are neat and I prefer they are there, but I don't get to excited one way or another if they're missing or included.

But posters lose all of their detail when you click through them in an image slideshow...I'd rather look at them in an art book or something. Trailers and TV spots mean a lot to me, though. Often, my nostalgic memories of a movie are tied directly into how they were originally advertised, so trailers and especially TV spots are always appreciated.
