Yes indeed it does.

And what if Scream Factory does The Fly II in the next announcement? would that be nice?

For those that don't want to wait to see if SF or someone else puts out The Fly II on BD there's a region free Australian copy that also has good special features.

I hope Shout Factory is not done with Universal just because they are now working with Warner and Sony. There are still a few collector's editions I would like to see from Shout/Universal e.g. The Hunted (95), Child's Play 2, Hard Target, Tremors, and possibly even Weird Science.

Sleepaway Camp has a nice transfer, but it's one of their lousy compression jobs & they had nothing to do with the transfers that Warner provided for their titles. Exorcist III has been sharpened and the contrast boosted, too.

There's no argument about Carrie, though. Great disc.

I edited my post because it doesn't look like No Escape is with Universal. Im not sure why I thought it was. It looks like it's either with Sony or part of the HBO library which I believe Warner has the rights to.

I would be all over The Fly II. It's vastly underrated and like it's predecessor, gruesome as ****!!

I found the Fly sequel to be highly enjoyable - no clue why it has such a bad rep. People trash movies for the silliest reasons sometimes. Someone said they hated Robocop 3 because it wasn't rated R

Even if Robocop 3 would've been rated R & it would still be a horrible movie.

I have loved The Fly II ever since I saw it on TV in the early 90s, but it doesn't even come close to the overall quality of Cronenberg's film. However, it has Eric Stoltz in his 80s glory, the beautiful Daphne Zuniga, and lots of f-ed up gore. A fun movie for sure, but not a great one. Definitely need to pick up the Blu at some point. A Scream Factory release would be nice.

Could you say why you find it so horrible? Is it because Robocop flies? Seriously, I'd like to know. I like a lot of movies many people dislike but I think it's because I don't worry too much about things like acting ability (or lack thereof), poorly-written dialogue or weak endings. If a movie has good production values it may be enough for me. It's just entertainment.

Did you forget about the screwed up audio that led to yet another blu ray disc replacement program for Scream?

I did forget about that since I got a copy that already had the corrected disc and didn't need to send away for a replacement. But I don't let a hiccup that's promptly dealt with take away from the overall release. Especially since in this case it was caught before release and fixed, and those that did have the mistake only got out accidentally.

Exorcist III in my view looked far superior to WB's blu and i thought it looked great and a nice restoration from Morgan Creek.

Sleepaway Camp has even more detail you never seen before like seeing in that one shadowy scene of you can almost get a glimpse of the killer.

Robocop 3 i thought sucked badly and was a dumbed down family friendly sequel with a poor script and killed the series.

Idk, that one they actually caught prior to wide release, so I personally don’t consider that a big deal.

Very important question regarding The Fly II: does Eric Stoltz gets completely naked as much as Jeff Goldblum did in the original?

10% off is weak, especially when competitors are going up to 50% off.

Yup. VS makes a killing off of these 50% off sales. Even Arrow has their 50% off sales occasionally as well.
